First D-bol Cycle?
18 years old. Still growing. 5'10, 140lb. Going to take my first month cycle of D-bols, In about 2 weeks.. 25's I think. They said cut it in half. But i was told since im a smaller frame. barely any muscle. to take 1/4 of the pill for about a week. Any suggestions. New to this forum. Want huge upper body sculpting. with defined (but not too bulky) legs, Mass shoulders and pecs, Taylor Lautner Style. Any suggested Workouts. Diets. Etc?

I do eat. A lot actually. I have a naturally nice back and arms. Just need more muscle mass and definition. is Dianabol what im looking for ? Im not here to look like I just walked out of a body building magazine.

Your to young for steroids . D-Bol only is a terrible idea for the most part. Your 5'10" and 140lbs you really need to learn how to eat. A 1/4 of a 25mg D-bol is silly.
Like already posted, please post your diet and training split / workouts and we can help put you on the right track.

5'8-5'9 actually. And I would say i dont really diet. I do whatever comes to mind on the workout set. mostly upper body work. Nothing huge though. Thats why i came here. I need to find a good diet and a nice workout. im not anorexic. i got a bit of chub. actually. And lautner, or cam gigagent was the first thing that came to mind. i dont want to be massive.

Don't cycle any steroids you could mess up your hormones. Go to gnc get body minder. It's just a book like thing you can plan out your workouts and keep track of what you eat. It does have some helpfull stuff in it. Also if the still have it get a trainning pamphlet from bpi. That has a full workout routine in it that wprksout a bodypart twice a week. You being as young as you are and your natural test a good diet and some protein you will gain. Make sure you exercise your legs. Study's have shown that a good leg workout, because the legs have the largest muscles in the body, with heavy weight training raise natural test and or igf1(somebody correct me if the igf is wrong) and contributes to more growth in the whole body. Example branch Warren aka Mr olympia. Take some advice from us here and stay off the juice until your around25 and tell your friends the same thing we have had way to many posts here lately from kids. Some seem to listen others will not and they are the ones that will see the I'll effect of using steroids and Gove using a bad name. So please listen to these guys and stay off the juice It could fudge you up for life.

Thanks for the advice . One more question. How does the effect of steroids hurt . The more u take the bigger results, so even if one was to take 1/2 of a recommended MG would it still even work or be a waste of roids

You need to get in the gym and learn to workout before even considering touching any kind of steroid . Get yourself some protein powder and check out the diet and workout areas of this site. You yourself said you don't workout and are just starting. The last thing you want to do is cheat yourself out of building a base by using AS the results will not stick if you do not know how to train and eat and you run the risk of causing permanent issues to your body's own natural hormone production. You need to get down a good training split (including legs and not just upper body). Throw in a little cardio and you should see results easily with very few modifications (results that will be more permanent than using AS with no background in training).

I appreciate all the info, I'm glad I came here first, ill atleast create a good fitness plan and work on that . Than maybe save the pills for later on . Good investment . I'll look into the workout side of the forums

good choice. workout and diet are the key to everything without those even with steroids you will not get the results you want and they won't stay with you once done with the cycle. Saving them would be a wise choice, they won't go bad just keep them in a cool dark place (closet is a good choice)

How soon should I start seeing minor results . I want it badly enough to take it slow. Any tips ? I am going now to get that body minder book from GNC. Any supplemental recommended .etc?

I was just like you bro. Get a good diet, learn to train like someone on juice b4 you actually attempt it. your going to hurt yourself (hopefully not). You need at least 4 years weight lifting experience b4 using some juice. Otherwise your going to waste your cycle... you won't blow up from just one cycle either, it takes years of training both oncycle and off cycles to truely sculpt something beautiful. I'm living proof of a 20 year old at 160lbs and 8% bodyfat. I don't think your ready yet. What did you have in plan for pct? Dbol is mild, just get an estrogen booster and you should bounce back fine..
Also,I didn't know they even made 25mg ones... I thought it was 5,10,20. Are you sure its real dbol? Look into it b4 starting anything.

Man! you definitively don't need AAS! You need to learn how to workout properly first and get your diet down! Your only 18, One cycle of D-bol can **** your hormones for life! and cause permanent limp dick... And if you really do have a small frame, you are easily prone to injury and going on AAS is going to snap some shit up in your body, if your lift techniques are not perfect. Now here's the good news my friend! You are young, your hormones are raging and with a little correction in your diet and exercise, you'll be able to get the gains you want naturally, now go on YouTube, and start watching the instructional lifting videos to get a solid knowledge of the exercises. Start working out 2 times a week and just do Bench press, Pull ups and the Leg press machine each workout to start and leave a good amount of rest in between workouts IMO 2-3 days. As for diet, eat breakfast everyday and start eating more protein. Your gains at first will come fast! Its almost like leveling up in a video game, level 1-20 is easier then getting from level 40-45.. And you are only level 5 lol So good luck buddy, also sell that bottle of d-bol or flush it down the toilet so your not tempted... Best of luck! PM me if you want more advice or have any questions!

There are many people out there that run Deca into the 1000's.... You think that kid has any Idea your making a joke?? Now he can go to his dealer and say "Some guy said i should get Deca "IMO try to make your sarcastic remarks a little more sarcastic next time.

Let's all hope he is actually taking my advice like he said he was going to and start at gnc. There ain't a whole hell of a lot of stuff that's going to hurt him there and maybe he'll get some advice from the sales rep. I hope we have kept at least one kid off gear out of many.
