Test E cycle why am I so tired? HELP!
Ok I'm 38 225lbs 5'9"...20%bf... I've been near the same stature since high school....a beast. Ok I'm into my third week 4 pins so far, pinnining wed and sat at 375mg per pin....taking AI liqadex .25 ed. I'm an Ironworker and my job can be demanding, and the sun has been killer he last couple of days. Diet? not the best, but not crap either.
shake(double) in the morning after 2x coffee 530am
couple of eggs around 8am
lunch at 12 big can of tuna, walnuts and punkin seeds, yogurt
protein bar at 3 on the way to gym with gatorade
shake 10 min when done working out
dinner 4oz chicken, veg, 7pm
late night shake 9pm
Bed at 10-11pm
supplements:B complex, zinc, joint complex 3x day
It seems I have less energy now then before cycling, have seen some good gains in strength and muscle shape.
I have no friggin energy though!!! I have to force myself to finish the work day, then force myself to work out...then I'm completely worthless??? HELPLast edited by ironbeck; 04-16-2012 at 05:25 PM.

10min warm up

IMO 1 1/2 workout is to long, I never set a workout plan that lasts over an hour. Also you may want to start doing cardio eod. I know alot of times I start my workout with a lack of energy but usually when I'm done I feel like a champ.
-
always feel good when I'm done, but stiff by the time I finally get home.....I'm looking for that kapow of energy that comes with all this hard work? I may do cardio eod, but I feel it really makes my workout, maybe I should of stacked with tren ?

Ur eating no carbs!!?? You need complex carbs especially in those first three meals. Go to the nutrition forum and post up ur diet they will help you out. You work a physical job then kick ass at the gym, ur body needs those carbs for fuel and recovery badly

Try replacing the shakes with meals for a week and tell me what that does for you. Doing a shake before bed and then 2 in the morning can make you lethargic. Mainly because of the amino acid tryptophan.
-
have you tried sleeping? you wake up at 5.30 and go to bed at 11pm, you grow when you sleep and Gear makes your body use energy to rebuild.
ever notice how a teenage is forever sleeping as they go through a growth spurt? go to bed at 6pm if you can and rest.
-
Actually i get up at 5am lol.............common man there is stuff that needs to be done in a day. And try to get some rnr time at night with the wife. If I where to go to bed at 6pm I would start waking up every 1/2hr after 2am.

I try to eat something before I leave in the morning. Those shakes r just so dam tasty though.

The only reason for your energy loss is most likely not enough sleep and not enough heavy carbed foods.

Bro, sleep is SO important(your muscles grow when you sleep not when you are up using them). I was one of those peoeple who thaught u only needed 5 hours.... lets just say I was wrong. If you body hasn't fully recovered from your workout, of course you don't have any energy.

I'm in the same boat. I go to bed @ 10pm and get up @ 3 am. I think everyone here is right. Not enough sleep is the problem
-
If you can, take a nap mid day. My problem is I just can't sleep mid day.

quick look at your diet you're not eating enough to get maximum gains. I'd target 40/40/20 ratio with P/C/F. Your protein target should be 1.75g per body weight...along with carbs...split to 6/7 meals per day. add glutamine pre/post workout, multivitamin, vit C 3x a day. just my 2c
-
^ that will help for sure. Just glutamine is a waste IMO.

add carbs and try a zma supp before bed helps me sleep. But on side note besides carbs i thought i read somewhere lack of sleep and not being tired could be elevated estro levels? (i could be dreaming or completely wrong but seems i read that) and if i did if its wrong i guess i read wrong info. sorry

I second the ZMA supplement at night. Personally I don't have any groggy feeling the next morning where as other sleeping agents make you feel like shit the next day. Cheap too

Today I came straight home, showered and naped for 2 hrs, no workout. I feel guilty. Ate beakfest, and my oats

Coming in late, but agree you need some carbs in there. When I am cutting I have half-cup (dry measurement) oats in the morning and some brown rice (half or one cup cooked) at lunch. Plus vegies and a piece of fruit before working out. That keeps me from headaches and exhaustion.

Take rolled oats and run em through a coffee grinder. They come out to a nice powder that blends really well with a shake. Easiest way I've found to get in some quick carbs.

Dpyle, I'm taking that tip from you man. I tried just adding them dry to my shake the other day and well yea that didn't work too well.

New question, on pin 5 of cycle at 750mg a week(Test-E), wheres by big change in libido? I am experiencing gains in strength and size. I have been taking .25mg of liqudex ed and right nipple is a little sensitive? I'm beginning to think my Test-E is not Test-E?
