to me carb intake looks low for all the work you are doing.
you're tdee is actually pretty high based on your activity and I would watch that very closely. You will end up losing mass if your caloric intake and diet are not correct.
I'm not a huge fan of the workout. i don't have a leg day or a shoulder day....but really it doesn't look too bad.

Wat is your bf% and only 1 cycle you dont want to be messing with tren.Tren isnt to be taken lightly it has many sides and not for beginners.

How is it possible to take in only 2700cals a day and burn 3200 compute that you have an extra 20 pounds.where are your numbers coming from. I went on a 8.5 mile bike ride today it took less then an hr ( all freakin hills) and I only burnt like 300 and something. I'm going to copy and paste your workout routine so I can cut down to single digit bf in like a couple weeks.please explain
By the way I have almost the same stats your body fat is in 20s
Big88sub - I have an extra 20 pounds because before I started cutting I was probably consuming 3800 and burning 3000. I didn't mean to say that the diet I am on now is what I have been doing forever. Sorry for the confusion. My diet now is what I am proposing and trying to use to cut. My question to the forum is whether or not it sounded like the right balance.
