    Of coarse...............why would anyone ever want to know what kind of cardio regime or diet someone is on................all were interested in is the "magic pill" right.................we couldn't care less about the hard work, discipline & dedication that went into it all...................

    Not to mention the diet that was posted is completely useless w out total calories and macros. even then no two ppl are alike due to bodyweight and activity level
