That's a very hard question to answer seen as you have not specified your location. There products and service is great.

Had no issues with ar-r through about 8 orders. Been great for me. Delivery time is usually very quick in my experience.

Ar-r and RUI are the same company. In fact if you order from one, sometimes you'll get product with the other label. Their stuff is g2g. Your rat experiments will be just fine. In fact, they'll probably remark about how AR-R's chems taste better than other company's

I think over the last several years the only issues I have heard is them being out of stock of one product or another when someone of course needed it and most lately all the newbies who want to know how to get their FREE bottle of steroids from the sponsor. lol
The few times I have heard someone question where their order was it usually showed up right away and any order that something was wrong which was quickly fixed.
I have nothing to gain or profit from saying these things it's just honestly been my experience.

AR-R has a relatively large product line and they move a lot of stuff. There is always going to be the occasional logistical error. And every company that ships goods has them. But AR-R's got good customer service when problems do come up. They make it right. And almost always, it's the post office that fvcked up.

The only reason aus customers will have trouble with customs is if the product ordered is illegal!

if they google it and see the ai on a steroid website , the will deem it steroids. unless they reference it to control substances in our country anything could happen.

least ar-r will reship if it was seized.
