    Anabol only

    Hey guys, I'm just about to run my first d-bol only cycle but am unsure of what to expect gains wise, I'm heading to the west indies in a few months time and just wanna look and feel good.... I've been on and off this site for a good year and a half now so before anyone asks here's my stats...

    - 24
    - male
    - 6ft 2
    - 91kgs
    - 20-30%bf
    - cardio eod, normally treadmill
    - weights ed except saturdays, 6 day split
    - diet is a lot of meats veg and eggs
    - supps - the odd protein shake, creatine and a multi vitamin
    - pct is nova an clomid, it all came as a pack

    your 30% b/f and want to run a dbol cycle with a poor diet, you will put on more bodyfat and definately not look anywhere near good

    how do you do a 6day split? regardless of how you do it, its too much

    you need more cardio and less calories mate

    30 being worst case scenario here, my observation, as the trainer to took my skin folds gave me a very unrealistic result being 15%. And i was under the impression a high protein diet was a good thing? Please elaborate if you can....

    your diet cant be good at 30% b.f plain and simple, there something wrong somewhere

    did your trainer tell you to lift 6 days a week? if he did then he clueless

    Hang on a second I've just asked for some advice here, firstly on D-Bol, fair enough you think I'm too fat. I can appreciate that because I have a similar train of thought.. But don't just jump to conclusions, I'm 5 weeks back in the gym from an 8 month break... And I train 6 days a week because I enjoy what I do! I don't use trainers, I train myself, I have in the past though. If you asked for a bit more info maybe you'd have a better understanding of where I'm at.

    Are you not a "knowledgable member"? Can't you shed a bit more light on what bf% you think I should be at before I start? And if a high protein diet isn't what I need can't you elaborate/share the knowledge....

    Dude, nothing Dan said is complicated.
    You need a lot more work before you are ready to use AAS.
    Try putting together a solid cutting diet, do a shitload of cardio and circuit training, and see how you're doing in another year or so.
    Right now, running Dbol would turn you into an even bigger, bloated mess. And you'd probably grow some nice tits.
