Hey guys, I'm just about to run my first d-bol only cycle but am unsure of what to expect gains wise, I'm heading to the west indies in a few months time and just wanna look and feel good.... I've been on and off this site for a good year and a half now so before anyone asks here's my stats...

- weights ed except saturdays, 6 day split
- diet is a lot of meats veg and eggs
- supps - the odd protein shake, creatine and a multi vitamin
