questions about cycle about to start in a month

hello,
im 32 years old, 6ft, 215 pounds with around 12% bf i believe.

have done a few cycles throughout the last 7 or so years. im here today becasue i am starting a cycle for the first time in a month or so but have not done a cycle in last year and several months. i have researched and researched and have general knowledge but want peoples opinions here who i am sure r more knowledgeable then me on the subject.. not sure if i can name the manufactuer but my cycle is sustanon and androl both human grade from a reliable source. i had planned on sus twice a week for a total of 500mg per week and abomb start at 50 per day and go up to 100 depending on how it effects me. in my research im finding so much debate on sustanon injection periods... should i go with eod or stick with twice a week? i have nolvadex on hand but have also been reading so many diferent opinions, facts on waht you shoul take during cycle and after. So basically im asking or opinions on what i should run during and post cycle and at what doses? as i still need to purchase most part of this to make my cycle complete. thanks in advance..

What sort of AI do you have?

dont have one yet that is part of the question of which to get as i have seen people use several i was looking into letrozole ? never used an ai during any cycle in post kinda looking for a blueprint for ai, during and post cycle supplements, as i have many in mind and have seen many used by others figured the people on here would be my best source

12 week cycle. Inject e3d. Armidex. Nolva and Clomid for PCT starting 18 days after last injection.

So don't take armiedex during cycle?

No, he means during cycle. Note the period "after" adex. Spend some time reading the stickies. It will seriously help get you up to speed. Read this thread on AI's:

EOD. Take advantage of the propionate in the Sus.

Thanks!! Gonna maybe do some shading this summer... Baby on the way and what not so I'm trying to reduce spending. On the other hand, f--k it! For sure gonna get more done.
