    long time reader, first cycle (i know you guys hate these posts)

    Hello everyone,

    I've been reading these forums for a good 6 months now and reading as much as i can in the educational stickies and i've learned a lot. again im going to start my first cycle as soon as i have gathered enough information. just a bit of info on me, im 31 145 lbs 5'8 and 14% bf. i've been going to the gym for 2 years now and im proud to say i started at 120 lbs when i first joined the gym.

    anyways, on to my question, i know for first cycle test only is a good start. which is what im going to do. is a 5 week cycle good enough? will i see any results from that? i would be at (2) 350mg pins a week, mondays and thursdays of test -en. with nolva as my pct. i have a friend who can get me adex by the next day if i need it.

    no its not. first off 750mg of test a week is to much for a 1st cycle. 2nd it takes 4-6 weeks to start to see results. most run test e for 10-12 weeks
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    I am not going to get into whether you're ready for AAS yet.

    I will tell you that 5 weeks of Enan is a waste of time and money.

    Also, you might want to look at a more aggressive PCT that incorporates Clomid into it.

    And I missed the part that Gixxer pointed out... Anything over 500mg/week would be considered too high for a first cycle.

    thanks for your input guys, the one i got is 350mg/ml so the other option would be (1) 350mg pin a week?? is that too low?
    also, i'll look into clomid but from the research i've done i thought it was one or the other..

    Just do like 1.4 CCs/week to get 490 mgs/week. Split it into 2 shots. .7 & .7

    Run for at least 12 weeks.

    Nolva 40/20/20/20 (or 40/40/20/20)
    Clomid 100/50/50/25

    If your balls turn into raisins at around week 6 or 7, look at running HCG. 250iu/2x per week.

    At least that's what I would do.

    Oh, and PCT starts 14 days after last pin for Enan.

    Good stuff. No rush... There are lots of good guys that have valuable info here. Make sure you are confident in who you take advice from and double check your info.

    This is a great first cycle, as it isn't overly complex and will yield great results.

    agreed... with your stats I think you may yeild some very nice results from 350/week. A friend of mine is currently in his first cycle (he's 33, 6ft 200lbs and lean) and he is seeing fantastic results. 10 week minimum with test e and 12 would also be okay. As stated above, make sure your pct is planned and in hand prior to starting. Good luck.

    So 350 a week be good enough? I know results vary but what kind is your friend seeing if you don't mind me asking?

    5'7 145lbs Gixx didnt say it or the others but you are way to light.You should be around 180 go post your diet in the diet section w/macros.They will help you get big

    ok thanks i will, like i said i was 120 when i started and with the training and upping my diet i've gained about 20 lbs.

    I also don't want to get huge either. I'm thinking about 165ish. I also have had other people that 350ml\week is not enough. So I'm not sure who to listen to pls help

    I was 29 at 220 pounds and 18% bf my first cycle. I ran 250mg Sus. alone for 10 weeks and dropped 3% bf while maintaining weight. Ate very clean and took in 200 grams protein ED. I think at your weight and size you'll see a nice gain at 375 mg test a week but you need to run such a long ester for 10 weeks plus. You'll probable notice nothing till your third week in. IMO your testies won't shrink up much if at all and hcg shouldn't be necessary on such a simple cycle but definitely always follow up with a pct two weeks after your last test e injection.

    I'm interested to know why you think testicular atrophy won't occur while he is shut down and why hcg isn't necessary?

    So you heard what you want to hear from one new member while 4 respected members two of them are staff yet you don't acknowledge their experience said it ain't good idea? You just looking for a reason to justify your decision?

    Not at all. I asked about 350\week. So far he's been the only one to respond to it. I don't look at who's staff and who isnt. I just read replies. I'm asking specific questions I don't need answers about diet. I don't mean to offend anyone either,but if I ask about diet then my answers should be about diet.

    You should look at who is staff then, his response was poor at best and staff are staff because they have proven they very knowledgeable so who you want advise from, a vet or a parrot? You have been given both so its up to you to decide what you take

    350mg/wk will get you results, but it may be a little light. The thing is, you don't need to choose between 350 and 700. It is easy to do the math based on what you want your dose to be- see JDBerreta's post above. Read up on PCT and HCG. You should learn the basics before doing anything.

    You say you don't want to get huge, so I would skip the drugs. Why take a health risk if your goal isn't to get big? You have put on 25 pounds so far, just tune your diet and keep going.

    I really hope you haven't started your cycle as 700mg a week for 5 weeks is retarded. 250mg a week, 8 or 10 weeks and PCT.

    Also as a fellow skinny twerp I feel your pain but I still say you need to get your diet figured out as you can probably gain another 10-15lbs and lose some fat before you really hit a brick wall.

    Also he isn't the only one to respond to your question on 350mg week and the comment on diet is relevant, your diet is poor and you won't grow with or without steroids so on this basis can you tell me why it isn't relevant when he was nearly trying to educate you on something you clearly lacking in

    This is sort of a "have a plan" sort of thing, and the plan has a lot more elements than just dose and length of cycle if you want to stay healthy.

    Everyone is trying to help, not hold you back.

    The diet comments are there because so many of us have learned the hard way that diet is important. People are just trying to save you some time and money.

    I'm not saying it isn't relevant. I'm saying I've already read on these boards what I should be eating. I've printed out from the "so you want to bulk" stickie. And I'm eating most of what's on there. Sure I'll admit I'm not eating 8 meals a day but I'm at 6. And before you say "well eat another 2 meals". Let me just say my job won't allow me to sit down every 2 hours and eat. Im lucky if I get my 30 min lunch break and 1 10 min break.

    Not sure who you are responding to exactly, but I will say this: it is OK if you are only eating six meals a day if you are hitting your macros.

    You know what you should eat but you aren't eating it you just said it yourself

    Then adapt, you won't grow without the cals, steroids won't change that it just isn't physically possible, use a shake with 100g oats to replace meals, it takes 30 secs

    It. And FYI I do drink protein shakes as well. I appreciate some of the responses on here but some mistake "advice" for downtalk.

    So do you hit your daily macros? If you did then you wouldn't make the comment about not getting the meals in, nobody is putting you down your just seem to take it that way which shows you defensive and would rather use aas then hit macros, steroids do fvckall without nutrients but you don't seem to grasp this but I'm talking to a wall here so I'm out best of luck

    Yes which is why I'm still gaining weight. As I stated before I started out at 125 lbs(fully clothed), now I'm 145-147ish(just boxers) now tell me how I would be achieving that if I didn't know about how important macros are? I'm
    Still gaining weight and I would of liked the push from aas and was wondering about 350mg\week for the extra push that's all. No one said you were talking to a wall sorry if you felt that way. People just respond better when they don't feel like they are being down talked.

    Yeah you can be gaining that weight with a poor diet and only counting calories. You are far far from your genetic potential I'm right at your height, and I was cutting for the 155 lbs weight class in high school powerlifting with super low bf%. All with a piss poor diet. What I'm getting at is you have goals, that's great, but you shouldn't use aas. The sides for gear are too big for what your goals are currently

    It's this parrots opinion that a 10 week cycle of 350mg test won't cause atrophy that won't be easy to recover from without hcg. Yes, I am new on this forum but that doesn't mean I know nothing. The guy asked for a little help and I offered my experience. At least he isn't saying he is gonna run a three compound cycle for his first run like lots of other noobs. He is trying to be simple and realistic and deserves some advice and not arrogant remarks.
