    blood pressure!!!

Bp 150/102, my diet is fairly poor. Not so much watching what I'm eating just how much. Trying to not cosume to much. Also I'm doing no cardio at all, just extremely hard and heavy lifting and doing a intense 5 workout 5 diff sets in a row 3 times ab workout every other day, pretty much covers the cardio. I'm taking 250 mgs test250 every three days and I'm only in it for 6 weeks now. Any one got any ideas o. What I should do. Should I stop the cycle ???

    Use an AI.
    Clean up your diet.
    Do cardio.
Get something for BP (natural remedies like hawthorne berry extract can help, but Cialis and Rx beta blockers and ACE inhibitors will work a lot better and faster).
Stop using caffeine and other stimulants.

^^ good advice. Sounds like you recognize some of the things that may be contributing to your high bp anyway, you just need to execute.

Fish oil and cocoa powder also help (cocoa powder increases nitric oxide production which lowers blood pressure).

I think I am just going to stop for good, I am too emotional and fight w my wife over stupid crap and I think that is the main reason why I am having high bp. It is just too much stress and anxiety for me to handle. Really its for a single bachelor. So hope everyone has better luck than me. I'm out for good.

It's your choice bro. If you're having a bad time on it or of its not for you then I agree, you should follow your gut and discontinue. Do you have pct lined up?

I wouldn't stop the cycle. I would just make the necessary changes that you're already been told about in this thread. It will surely come down. If it doesn't come down enough then maybe it's time to stop the cycle.

Well the doc said people have strokes at the level my blood pressure is at and it makes my anxiety sky high, so I feel like enough is enough, but it sucks cause I was just getting good hard lean gains and getting really focused, now I am going to loose it all and I still have like 6 weeks left.... Bummer

hang on boss! there's great advice coming your way here, obviously you can be very focused and committed. Try some of the inexpensive and effective ideas here and see if that does the trick. I think you are just not in a good frame of mind at this moment which I get, sit back, clear your head and make a plan, good luck Bro and don't throw in the towel just yet, I sound like a lame ass Dr Phil but let us know how your doing..

Although 150/102 isn't exactly ideal, it's fine for the course of a cycle... Unless you have a prexisting issue that your arterial walls are weak or your valves are garbage, you'll be okay for another 6 weeks... Stressing about it will only make it worse.

No sodium, take some omega 3-6-9, that Bells Blood Pressure Formula supplement, and a clean diet... You'll be amazed.

Stress and your wife arent the reason you have high BP. You said your diet is shit. eat cleaner and cut the sodium out. Use NO SALT instead of real salt. You wont notice the difference anyways. Give that a month or so.

I found it at a local vitamin store. Some of the places I buy my supplements didn't have it, but the vitamin stores did. It's like $30 for a month's supply.

if you feel that you need to stop the cycle, then you better stop. no one knows how you feel exactly, except yourself. blood pressure can be easily controlled with some medications, but your stress and anxiety may be more dangerous to yourself than the blood pressure. if you're truly freaking out and need a break, by all means, stop the cycle and do a pct. you can always start another cycle after you get everything else sorted out.

Save that Torem for PCT. It's won't do you any good now, unless your seriously ending the cycle. If you do you need tamox (Nolvadex ) and the Torem for proper PCT. Don't know for sure but it sounds like your wife is talking through your mouth, if you know what I mean...
