    First Time on forum, 3rd time cycle

    Hello

    I have a question. I am about to start my third cycle, i have done one for past two spring seasons. Im 42, I weight 175lbs 6'0" and work out between 5-7 times a week. I have done ecipoise and enthanate last 2 TIMES and have the same for this cycle. I was wondering if i shoud mix in a little anadrol or something else because last spring i really didnt get the results that i wanted. i did 1.5cc of each for 10 weeks only gained 8lbs. thanks really just a novice and really have no one to ask

    Bro before you waste money on another cycle hit the diet section.Post your diet with macros they will help.Beacuse you are to small for your size w/2 cycles under your belt.

    Yep, times two with what Songdog says.

    Also, 8lbs is good in my opinion, if it good solid quality muscle. Don't get fooled by the stories of 25lbs gains. Small gains are ok and probably easier to maintain.

    Definately look at your diet first. No matter how experienced one is, there's always more to learn...
