    Fitness plan

Hi my names john and i'm currently 16 years old. i'm 5'4, I weigh 130pounds and i'm sitting on approximately 15% body fat, give or take a few.
I was contemplating steroids for a while, I researched a fair bit on them because to be honest I don't have the time let alone the money to make gains and cut up naturally. I knew all the side effects and I ignored them and was determined to take them, I had just come to the conclusion that the effects of steroids on minors were 10x as bad as opposed to people 20years+. Basically i'm here because I want to put on weight and mass then to cut up. I obviously have to do it naturally now. I haven't been working out much lately, I usually workout 4 times a week for about an hour. I don't incorporate cardio into my workouts although I should start, my diet....well.... I don't have one, i just watch what I eat I don't count calories or grams of protein i consume. I'm basically a noivce when it comes to weightlifting in terms of nutrition and exercises..

I'm just curious would I need a bulking diet or should I just eat and take weight gaining supplements? I'm afraid i'll put on too much body fat then I won't be able to cut up as easily. I wanna put on like 20 pounds.. Would I be able to do cardio while bulking to minimise the body fat i put on whilst bulking? or would that defeat the purpose? I wanna put on body mass then eventually be ripped. I know it's not an overnight thing i just really need advice considering i'm really inexperienced.. I'll go on a diet when I start cutting.

I was wondering if anybody could provide me with a good cutting diet, nothing too extreme as I don't have much money. Also possible give me some information on which paths to take when bulking and cutting and some good tips.

I've ruled steroids out of the equation.
Thanks in advance to anybody who bothers to reply and at least read my thread. ANY advice will be appreciated. (:

Hey mate. At 16 years old, you're too young to be a user here... as per the site's guidelines. Your account will probably be banned (or given a 2year suspension) by an Admin.

    As to your questions however:

Also what are some good body weight exercises to work the abdomen? particularly the lower section. And what's a good protein brand to take in order to gain weight, I don't want to up my cals too much as i'm not a gym fanatic. :P
