Ive been looking for a thread that is designed for people who have been lifting, but are now interested in taking it to the next step and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.
I'm 27 (will be 28 in 4 months) and have been lifting since I was a freshman in highschool. I'm probably around 18% body fat, 5'4" and 150lbs. I'm curious on if its ok to just jump into the anabolic stuff or if I should ease on into it. Basically I'm curious on what supplements/steroids/otherwise are best for someone who has never taken anything like this before but wants to start.
My goals are to put on lean mass (obviously), and a friend of mine suggested that I start with 250mg of sustanon (injection) per day along with 10mg of denabol (tablet).
Does that sound about right? I wonder if there is anything weaker that a "virgin body" can take which will see gains.
