    Is it ok to just jump right in?

    Ive been looking for a thread that is designed for people who have been lifting, but are now interested in taking it to the next step and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

    I'm 27 (will be 28 in 4 months) and have been lifting since I was a freshman in highschool. I'm probably around 18% body fat, 5'4" and 150lbs. I'm curious on if its ok to just jump into the anabolic stuff or if I should ease on into it. Basically I'm curious on what supplements/steroids/otherwise are best for someone who has never taken anything like this before but wants to start.

    My goals are to put on lean mass (obviously), and a friend of mine suggested that I start with 250mg of sustanon (injection) per day along with 10mg of denabol (tablet).

    Does that sound about right? I wonder if there is anything weaker that a "virgin body" can take which will see gains.

    Body fat way too high.. and aas isnt something u want to jump into. There is plenty of info around here you have to look. Try the stickies.. what was it vin diesal said in the fast and the furious.. "if you cant find a tool you need in this garage, you dont beong in a garage".. good luck bro.. most ppl will tell u to get your diet in check head over to the nutrition part of the forum as well

    Dunno about that...AAS has some lipolytic effect.

    I promise that if you take 250mg/day of Sustanon, you'll wish you didn't.

    No need to inject ED , every other day or every 3rd day would sufficient. The dosage seems high for a 1st cycle and you're small. I suggest trying 500-750mg / week split into 2 or 3 injections of 250mg.

    I will suggest that any Sustanon cycle is injected every other day.

    Reason: Sustanon has propionate in it which is a short ester. To maximize and take advantage of it whilst stabilizing levels, eod injections are best. Use it if you got it type deal.

    Nice. You sure it's not sus 400?

    I'm not, by any means, saying you don't know your stuff, I just remember doing sus and my guy asking if I wanted sus400 or sus250... And I thought it was dosages, but I was wrong. Lol.

    I am talking about the dosage (it says 400mg/ml on the vial)...wonder if we grab from same place. LOL. Will PM you later when I am able to. Can't sleep right now - cocktail of Sust/Test/Tren/Winny is kicking my ass. LOL.

    Bro anyone who tells you to cycle at your bf% is crazy.You will end up fatter and the last thing you want is Dball.So slap your friend up side the head.Cycling at a high bf like yours can result in a lot of bad sides.Like high BP gyno bitch tits.So wait until you are under 15%

    First timer need some advice about this cycle recommended to me super t400twice a week along with deca 300and dbol for five weeks run anti estro and hgc and do it again after three months of pct. please help want to get huge

    If you want lean mass drop the bf% before starting or you'll just puff up like a power lifter which is all good if that the look you want. You haven't said anything about pct? Or an ai if you really want just lean gains. And as always eat super clean mate for lean mass.

    Bro,fix your diet and decrease your BF% and put some lean muscle mass naturally...then do it!

    thanks for the replies guys.


    my diet is actually pretty clean. chicken breast, sweet potatoes, almonds for fat. Thats basically the gist of it. i might substitute regular potatoes, brown rice, or oatmeal for the carbs, and egg whites, turkey, or (lean red meat on occasion) for the protein.

    i might get some fats from cheeses here and there, but mostly its just from almonds or fish.

    i run for at least an hour 4 times a week (its usually around 1.5-2 hours at a time with a pretty good heart rate..~170ish or so), and lift heavy as well. I'm not trying to be a body builder, but im trying to just shape my body to look a little better than it already is.


    After reading your guy's responses though, im thinking of trying a cutting stack. I saw the one on buysteroids.com (the one that contains tren, win, clen, and test 600x) - does anyone have any experience with that? On the surface it sounds like it would work for burning fat, but I have no experience with these chemicals.

    I think a natural cut (diet/cardio) would do you good at your size and bf% No need to take compounds just yet. At 150lbs., I would stick with the plan of your sust (or test only) cycle, but 1st think about dropping some bf naturally. Good info in the diet section. Good luck.

    Songdog, I had a much higher bf prior...I used to be 186lbs not that long ago. I'm getting down to like the last 15-20lbs and its hard to cut it. I was hoping to build some lean mass to increase my natural calorie burning to give myself an extra little help on the diet front, but after reading the suggestions here im thinking maybe i should go the cutting route first with some sort of test/win/clen/tren/ and maybe even anavar stack and then once I have a better-lower bf-base I can worry about AAS and all of that.

    You should hang around and do some serious research. All these things you mention are AAS (steroids, all except for clen) and, at least what I'm tellilng you, is that you could (considering your size/weight) run a test cycle but should first focus on some natural progress through diet and cardio. Either way, regardless of your goals, you should not consider stacking all the things or even some of the things you mentioned. I'm not sure if you're under the impression that those compounds are not steroids or not, but I just wanted to clarify for you. Make sense?

    Sust 250/day is ridiculously high, even for seasoned vets.

    After some research, if you decide AAS are for you, a lower dose test only cycle is gonna be best, whether it's Sust or a single ester.

    I'd get acquainted with the nutrition forum first while researching AAS. Also, your "cut stack" from BuySteroids may not be what you think. Read carefully..
