15 week cycle

I'm gonna start a new cycle soon (15 weeks), 500mg test e/week. How should I eat Nolva during cycle? 20mg/day? How about PCT??

first off what are your stats?? and if you have done cycles in the past then you should know what to take more important is that this site has a pct section with every bit of information you need

You should put up your stats , its not nolva you would run through your cycle it should be an AI , also if you have cycled before you must have did a PCT , What was it?

10yrs ago, it might have been common practice to run nolva 10mg/day throughout cycle. but now, its better to use AI on cycle and nolva for PCT, along with clomid.

Stats? I still use Nolva if i feel estrogen to high works 4 me like a charm but...... Everyones different

It was like two years of my last cycle. I've got some Arimidex but not so much so I would prefer Nolva. Adex is also quite expensive.
How much I should eat AI during cycle, if?

Hell no I would not buy Aromasin it's so ****ing expencive.

I've heard that you'll be fine just by using Tamoxifen during cycle bcause of that amount of test/week, because it's not so much.

Can I use Adex and Aromasin both during cycle?

Yes I was going to drop some bodyweight and I've also dropped some already, but that's enough.

You need one or the other.. not both.. aromasin preferably IMO
