    Second cycle??

    Hey I'm thinking about my next cycle. I cycled sustanon @ 250x2 per week and saw some advan***ent in my training. Of course after load of research I would LIKE to try to add some deca an dbol but probably not ready for all that yet.

    5'7" 25 160lbs 15%bf or so.

    My question is that if I want to use cyp @ 500/week for 12 weeks, with deca @ 300 per week for 12 weeks and finish with cyp @250 per week for 4 more weeks after deca stops - is this to much for a second cycle? I want to bulk up as much as possible and I'm not worried about definition at all. was even considering throwing in some dbol for the first 4 weeks @ 40mg per day split up 10mg morn- 20mg before workout - 10mg bed.


    Ai available is arimadex 50@1mg so .25 EOD starting week 4 or 5

    Clomid and nolv pct 50/50/50/50- 40/40/20/20

    This is all theoretical! No purchases made yet...

    Pin schedule : 250 cyp 150 deca mon. & thurs.

    If this is ur second cycle and you are only at 160lbs..over 15% bf ... i dont know man..something not rite.
    I think it is too much for a second cycle.. imho second cycle should also be a test only cycle.
    For how long have u been training/?
    I like to run clomid at 100/100/50/50.. nolva as the same doses as you.
    How's ur diet?

    Diet is getting better. I consume over 3000 cals a day but they aren't clean yet. I'm slowly converting to a clean diet. I work construction and have a thyroid disorder, which ads to the mix, but im a hardgainer. Only 160 but came from 125 over the last 3 years. Training hard about a year, anything before that I wasn't doing much proper. Learning I guess. I could run test cyp only but I'm looking to bulk up and work from there. This stack is "the holy grail" of bulking stacks so I've read, and I don't want to run a billion cycles. If I can run this safely, and maintain the gains, I will be happy - for a while anyway

    Joe did u have pct after first cycle? And if your a hard gainer and gained that much weight then don't worry about bf i don't think 15% is bad of your not looking for a 6 pack and jus want size. I like that stack i wid run cyp for 2 weeks b4 running dbol so u get full blast

    Yeah nolv only tho. Wasn't prepared as well a I wanted to be, so I won't start the next one till I'm completely sure. Not worried a bit about bodyfat but everyone always asks.

    And isn't the dbol for a kick when ur waiting for big daddy test to kick in?? Ur saying If I wait 2 weeks to start dbol, everything will "blast" at once - that's seems pretty good

    Anyone else wanna chime in? Some suggest this stack is to much for a second time user, and others think it's fine.

    Option A:
    1-12 weeks test cyp 500mg deca 300mg
    12-16 weeks test cyp 250mg
    Week 3-7 dbol 40mg daily split
    Ai .25 adex EOD
    Pct nolv and clomid
    Hcg available but I don't know how to use it properly, or if it is necessary


    Option B:

    Test cyp @ 500 for 10 weeks
    Adex for ai .25 EOD
    Nolv an clomid pct

    I will your diet is way out of line.You dont need aas you need a good DIET.AAS will do nothing for you until you eat right.So you can post your diet in the diet sectionw/macros or you can keep screwing up.YOU CHOOSE.

    Joe where do u c his diet? Hes trying to bulk 15% is not that high during bulking .I'll get to 12-15% I'n off season then down to 7-8 b4 show

    Diet is way out of line?? Based on your guess? A cal is a cal and I'm Consuming 3000 or more a day. Any meal I eat alone is mostly protien such as chicken or tuna. I work 9 hours a day in hard construction & If I had time to eat all day I'm sure it would be awesome. I eat at 6-9-12-4-8-11 usually and if I can snack in between I do. Reality is that I'm 25 with a wife and 3 daughters. I eat the best I can and continue to work on it as time progresses. I can't live in the gym, and I cant force my kids and wife to eat brown rice and chicken for the next 3 years so i can gain another 30 lbs.

    Having said that, I understand that I won't have support of many members of this forum, and I respect that. I have lots to learn but what I do know is that AAS won't "do nothing for me" as you said and I've developed my endocrine completely, as I am almost 26. In regards to me not needing AAS, you are completely right... I want them. I enjoy them. And I intend on using them as responsibly as possible - for me. I don't need anything. Nobody does in the doses necessary to make gains from them, right?

    Getting back on track... Would the cycle mentioned earlier be a good stack and healthy pct and sufficient ai dosage? My last cycle only side was acne. I'd like to reduce that as much as possible, if possible.

    Based on the fact your 5-7 160 lbs. You cook all of your meals Sunday night. Pack them and take them with you. Your family doesn't have to eat them but you do. How well did your first cycle work not doing what you needed to do? If you can't commit to the diet (the most important factor ) don't try.

    So at what point, or more importantly what weight(?) should I be before I can post what cycle I want to run? How fast does a perfect diet rocket me to my goal? What's the standard weight a 5'7" male should weight with the right diet and training? I continuously read people's posts about gaining 30lbs on a cycle an they weigh 190 or 220 at cycle end and are much taller than me. Also thier cycle experience is usually saying stuff like "plenty" or "7 cycles" etc.

    Im not saying I know everything or my diet is perfect. But I'm looking to get bigger so why do I need to commit my whole life to eating like a body builder? Why is it only acceptable for someone who feels they need to be bigger than humanly possible to take steroids ? Why can't a small guy use them to get bigger, but ONLY HUGE people can use them to get EVEN BIGGER.

    It almost seems backwards. Like the guys who are already huge for their height but have bigerexia and need more are allowed to juice, and thats not fvcked up, but a puny guy like me who really wants to stand a little heavier has to put in years and years before he reaches an acceptable standard.


    To re-cap: I don't know everything. I do work hard. I am working on the diet. I am not on gear, but I have tried it and enjoyed it 110%. everything positive about it for me.

    I like it Joe your not wanting to be a bodybuilder you jus want sum size so u feel good about yourself and happy with results. I know what it's like with family and trying to make food and train all the time. Especially if moneys tight u do what u have to. I like your second cycle i say go for it, and get sum cialis or Viagra sum Ppl get deca dik. And if that happens your man will not get up 4 anyone or anything

    I understand what you are trying to say....
    But you can put a little more weight on naturally..if your diet was on point I promise you would be able to put on some size in a fairly amount of time.
    Then when you get stuck..you start aas.

    As for ur second cycle... (still think u should put on a litttle more size natty)
    IMHO think that u should do a test only..no need to stack deca .

    I appreciate the feedback guys. All anyone wants is results, and how you get them is up to you. I'll be considering everyones advice before making a decision, and sincerely thank everyone's for honest responses- regardless if I like what I'm being told or not. That's why I joined this site. It gives me the opportunity to see things from a different light and discuss risk vs reward so I cAN DECIDE.
