    2nd cycle?

    Althou I m 3 weeks in to my first cycle which is 500mg test e a week and 50g of dbol ds a day. I want to start looking at my next cycle products and get info. I wanna do another mass stack no cutting. Would 750 test e and 60mg. Dbol ds work again or should I change it up? if so what to to add more mass , goal is to get big first then lean out later.

    My specs are 6' 2" 188 lbs 28years old

    Here is my diet

    Meal 1 .... Gnc amp max xxx weight gainer with 1/2 cup of oats 1 fish oil cap , 1 flax seed oil cap , bsn amino x 1 scoop
    Snack on a special k 90 calorie bar
    Meal 2 3.5 servings of white chicken breast along with brown rice
    Cup of fruit snack pears or tangerines
    Meal 3. Pink salmon and albacore white tuna. With mayo , fruit , two tsp of penut butter

    Meal 4 gnc amp mass. Xxx wieght gainer with three egg whites and brocolli , fish oil cap and flax seed oil cap

    Meal 5 is dinner like stuffed peppers , spegittee , meatloaf , carrorts , green beans , sausage. It. Vaires a bit

    Meal 6 a cellmass shake with 3 egg and oats before bed .Fish oil and flax oil too

    All the meat is in the precooked packs. Like the tuna fish and Tyson chicken breats. It's about 350 grams of protein and 3700 calories.

    A couple years ago, when I still had a connection , I played with some of the Test Blends. Such as the Test 500/600. I was pretty successful with those. Or you could go with the Test E/Deca /D bol stack. I have had good luck with that stack in the past. Test E/Deca stack is kind of a classic for mass building. I miss having this stuff in my medicine cabinet! I know your only 3 weeks in but how has the d-bol been treating you? You should start seeing some pretty good strength gains with the Test very soon.

    I did a double dose of the dbol in the am. I did 30g a day for a week now upped it to 50 a day. I figured 2 in the am 1 at noon and two around the evening. Taking 20mgs in on shot gave me a pounding headache. So I altered taking dbol ds every 2 hours. I injected the test e in the quad. Frist day was sore and got even more sore thru out the day. Today it's back to normal.

    I feel bigger pumps on the dbol and now with the test in me it still feels the same. Guess It takes a couple shots to get it going.

    I know my diet may not look great but I'm on the road for 14 hours and during my down time is when I work out. I can't really make or heat up food that's why I rely on the shakes and prepacked meats like these.

    I bought a George foreman grill and slam it full of chicken breasts for a while until I have a nice fat stack, and just reheat those when I eat. I never eat packaged meals. To much preservatives and sodium is astronomical

    I was thinking the same, full of sodium...Be careful and make sure to drink plenty of water
