Have to say , i am new to this but it looks like there are people with knowledge more than mine here that i would be much interested to their opinion. I've done a few cycles so far , mainly bulking ones but as the time goes by i think i am mostly interested in geometry now and not in size any more. Was looking for a hardcore cutting cycle but got a little confused . I wanna start a cutting cycle based on test and maybe anavar or winstrol ( or both?). I am 31 years old , 1.80 cm height and 103 kg. I have lost so far 14 kg with hardcore diet and a little cardio whenever i get the chance . I am working crazy hours but still get some time to hit the gym.
Any advice from the gurus would be much appreciated and welcomed .
Body fat somewhere between 20 and 18 percent. Daily intake 180- 200 gr protein( mostly chicken and fish) 100-150 gr carbs and fat as low as possible. Multivitamin , amino acids, at least 2 litres of water , fibre supplement or salads.
Sorry for the pure info earlier, this is my meal plan on a typical day.
Meal 1:40 g whey protein with two tbsp peanut butter reduced fat and a cup of coffee
2 ) egg whites and an oat bar or a banana
3)chicken breast 150 g or beef burgers with the minimum fat possible and sweet potato 50 gr or brown rice
4)the same as before without the carbs but with a fruit or an oat bar added
5) protein shake just after gym
6) a portion of salmon and 50 carbs
7) either chicken breast with 2 tbsp of 0% yogurt or a protein shake before bed.
I am working two jobs and i usually find it hard to cop with all these on less calories
Any suggestions on a cycle that will possibly help me cut ?
