Is it ok to take Deca for long term joint support? If so, what would be a good dose and how often?

Whats your idea of long term coolhand? Imo I wouldnt go over 20 weeks at 150mg once a week. Id base that 20 week period around the time of year you have the most joint pain, as id recommend a somewhat long break also.
Well I guess I was just want to know ow long I could go. I thought it would be longer than that. It's only been six weeks and my right shoulder feels great. The left one is much better but still has a dull nagging pain. My knees also feel great unless I try to do squats.
Are we talking HRT here?
I'm hoping your running test with that also, right?
I think taking aas would be the last option. there are other options to try and exhaust before taking drugs, such as
msm - 5 grams a day forever
oral HA - 2 or 3 grams a day when needed. this is a fudge, as i've taken up to 10 grams / day on occassion.
Aflutop works for me. One shot a day for 20-21 days and I'm trouble free for a year or more.
I agree with Roman, AAS should be the last resort. Let me preface my next comment by saying that I've had 3 separate knee surgeries, been on glucosamine and other supplements for over 25 years, had cortisone shots, physical therapy, even put my my knee in a cast to see if immobilization would stimulate collagen regeneration. About two years ago I tried 150mg/Deca + 150mg/Test per week for joint rehab. At about week 6 my joints never felt better. It wasn't a 100% but my knees haven't been a 100% for 30 years. Deca/Test worked wonders for me. However, I am very careful to tell people that AAS should be the last resort because it's such dramatic step. AAS doesn't come free, it will tax your body some other way.
^^^So true.
