First cycle question!!!! appreciate the help
Hey guys looking for some help for my first cycle ever. I am 28 yrs old / 6' tall / weigh 200 lbs around 19% body fat...In the gym daily doing (Monday chest/tri - Tuesday back/bi - Wednesday cardio - Thursday shoulders/traps/abs - Friday Legs - Saturday Cardio - Sunday start over). My body is pretty athletic build but maybe have a bit more belly fat than i would like. I Bought test e wanting to do a 12 week cycle 500mg per week. First inj. Monday 7pm second inj. Friday 7am so that's 250 mg every 3.5 days. bought nolva and clomid also. My main objective is to gain muscle but get a little leaner. should i wait a bit and lose some lb's before starting? will i gain water weight from test? Am i doing the right thing? anything i could stack like winnie or anavar to make it a lean cycle? thanx for any help you can give me

You need to loose some body fat before you start. It will make you more susceptible to gyno. Don't stack anything simple test for first cycle. I would run an ai also.

6 day routine is hurting you .
7 day routine with more cardio getting BF lower will benefit you

Getting low bf will allow you to bulk without constantly worrying about your bf% going even higher.

ok so i will hold off for a bit and lose some weight before i start. now if during the cycle i feel like im getting the gyno what should i do because that is prob my biggest fear of all of this. my blood pressure and health are great im just afraid of the man boobs haha

I believe with lower bf you won't have to worry about water retention. Or, at least that is my experience. I get very little to no retention on cycle.

Mon. back and cardio
Tues . chest and cardio
Wed . legs
Thr . shoulders and cardio
Fri . arms and cardio
5 day routine leaves 2 days you can move around as schedule or body feels .
Rest to grow and heal . Add cardio after weights or days off .

Using an AI on cycle will prevent gyno and will also minimize water retention

will using an AI during the cycle cut down on the effect of the test? what is a good AI to use? arimidex ?

Test or AI will not change or fix anything .
Steroids will help when progress is minimal in good conditions .
Taking steroids under bad circumstances will complicate things more than improve .

Thanx everyone for the input. Gonna hit the weights and cardio hard for now then start my first cycle and hope for the best
