    Clen question

I've been reading online about some recent effects of clen usage. Does clen raise bad cholesterol and lower good cholesterol? I naturally have high bad cholesterol and really dont want to raise it by taking clen. What do you guys think? I'm about 5'10 220 right now, 27 years old. Went completely Vegan last month and started taking clen last week but after reading some of this stuff online, I am starting to think I should not take it. I've taken clen multiple times in the past but didnt really care too much about sides. Had pretty good results in the past.

Normally if your cholesterol is high, clean up your diet and do regular cardio to lose BF%. As far as i know, clen and bad cholesterol levels are not related. But wait for experienced members opinions. I understand your concerns, i read about what you read, but it sounded to me like "terror propaganda":

The side effects of Clenbuterol are liver damage, skin problems like severe acne, increase in LDL cholesterol (known as bad cholesterol) and decrease in HDL (known as good cholesterol) cholesterol, gynecomastia or development of ‘male breast’ which is a common feminization side effect, infertility

None of these is mentioned in this thread:

I agree with Piotr about the diet & cardio & would like to ad, Clen ., has never done anything for me that I wasn't able to accomplish naturally, in other words, Clen. never produced results above & beyond the realm of what I have always been able to accomplish naturally. IMO, the only thing Clen. does is ad unwanted side effects & unneeded health risk to the goal of losing weight. You can accomplish the same exact goal in the same amount of time, naturally, without the risks.

I do agree that clen has added health risks. I also have seen, in my own experience, that clen helps me shred fat. I went on a 2on/2off clen cycle and after two cycles I went from 18% body fat to 11% body fat. I eventually ended up with 9% body fat. I'm 52 years old so it's super hard for me to accomplish any body fat under 10%. I normally sit at around 12% body fat. My personal preference to fat loss is HGH, T4, cardio, watch what I eat. Notice I didn't say diet. At my age, food's emotional comfort for me so I just watch what I eat and not freak out over eating a bowl of ice cream. Eat healthy, workout hard, moderate AAS and I feel and look great.
