I am currently on week 3 of anavar taking 10mg twice a day! I have now started liquid clen with it at 20 twice a day.
20mg var and 40mcg clen is a good start. I've seen women taking 30mg to 40mg var.
I am not sure if the var I got is not the best as I haven't noticed anything over the top... Slight increase in strength!
Did you buy from a reputable source? Var is faked a lot or watered down because the cost is so high. I'm not saying your var is watered down but there isn't a canonical way to test the var.
When can I expect to see results and when should I look at increasing the clen and how high should I take it?
When I'm on a var cycle I can see results in about 3 to 4 weeks. As for the clen, I would increase by 20mcg until you can handle the shakes. It takes me to about 120mcg/ed to get to that point. A lady at the gym was on 20mcg and was shaking like a leaf. Gauge your reaction and listen to your body.
I was planning to complete a 7 week cycle of the var last 4 weeks with the clen then take 4 off with lipo ex and start a second cycle of new anavar and clen
I would recommend you go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with the clen. 4 weeks on clen will saturate your beta receptors. You can cycle clen even if you're off of the var. Are you taking anything for liver support?
I train 5-6 days per week 3 days of 30 min HIIT and strength training and then 2-3 days of strength/plyometrics.
This level of energy output should be perfect for your fat loss. a 30min HIIT training should burn 350cals o 450cals.
I eat clean, approximately 1500 calories per day (although I find this number very hard to hit)
Not all cals are the same 1g of protein has lower cals then 1g of fat or 1g of carbs. Don't worry about eating the correct amount of cals. Eating grams of food is more important. Cals is not an accurate reflection of the nutritional nature of the food. It's just shows the potential energy of the food. I think it's a bad indicator but it's easy to count. I guess it's better than nothing.
My stats are as follow
5'3
130lbs
15% bf.
Any advice you can give would be great!
Thanks!
