Ok with that being said im on my 7th shot starting my 4th week ( shot every 4th day ) 200ccs of tes 125ccs of deca per shot .
Question is how long before I start to notice the strength and the gains ? I have heard 4 weeks 5 weeks even 2 weeks., I have ZERO side affects but have yet to feel anything from this. My diet is clean below is a basic day for me.
Breakfast---- Bowl of OatMeal ( real oatmeal not the prepackaged) with 3 splendas added, and protein shake 50grams of whey.
Snack ----- Piece of fruit ( banana ) 3 hours later
lunch ---- chicken salad with very little dressing
snack when home--- Fiber bar low fat
dinner---- chicken breast w/ mixed veggies,
shake before bed.
and through out the day ,,, water water water....

5'11
250lbs
19% body fat ( working on losing weight )( dont really care about having a 6 pack or getting below 10% not my goal just want to gain size and strength and have a flat stomach )
36 years old ------been training off and on for over 10 years played sports all through college always been an athlete .
work out 5 days a week.

Can anyone tell me when I should start to really feel this kick in ? And also with a clean diet and a good work out plan how much can I expect to add ( possibly )
