Thread: Advice HELP...

    Advice HELP...

    PLEASE NOTE ---- if you have a personal opinion about me or my first cycle dont bother I have already started. )

    Ok with that being said im on my 7th shot starting my 4th week ( shot every 4th day ) 200ccs of tes 125ccs of deca per shot .

    Question is how long before I start to notice the strength and the gains ? I have heard 4 weeks 5 weeks even 2 weeks., I have ZERO side affects but have yet to feel anything from this. My diet is clean below is a basic day for me.

    Breakfast---- Bowl of OatMeal ( real oatmeal not the prepackaged) with 3 splendas added, and protein shake 50grams of whey.
    Snack ----- Piece of fruit ( banana ) 3 hours later
    lunch ---- chicken salad with very little dressing
    snack when home--- Fiber bar low fat
    dinner---- chicken breast w/ mixed veggies,
    shake before bed.
    and through out the day ,,, water water water....

    stats;
    5'11
    250lbs
    19% body fat ( working on losing weight )( dont really care about having a 6 pack or getting below 10% not my goal just want to gain size and strength and have a flat stomach )
    36 years old ------been training off and on for over 10 years played sports all through college always been an athlete .
    work out 5 days a week.

    My gear
    Test Cyp 200
    Deca nandro 250

    Can anyone tell me when I should start to really feel this kick in ? And also with a clean diet and a good work out plan how much can I expect to add ( possibly )

    You mean milligrams, not CCs (milliliters).

    Your diet is pretty awful man. You can have the beat cycle in the world but you ain't gonna reach your non specific goals with that

    Post it in the diet section with macro's for critique.

    Whoa killer pump yo brakes......

    Awesome archy was trying to help your uneducated ass out ( 525 cc's lol ) .....since you dont realize everybody is different and it might kick it in 3 weeks for one person or 6 weeks for another.... personally I see results with 2 weeks....that is just me...

    Everyone is different but it's typically 4+ weeks.
    Considering your body fat is high and your diet is sub standard although you THINK it's good it may be even longer. You may experience other side effect before any strength gains such as High E2 causing higher than normal emotions like your little outburst today. In other words you may become a moody little b*tch.

    People are only trying to help you even if you think you know it all and will do what you want. No one said STOP but only pointed out some things that may help you and if you are not interested there are plenty of the board you can post your dribble on or you can suck it up a little, try to find you balls again and learn something. Up to you.

    Sounds like Ur I'n injecting bunk . Sorry but with deca and test and no gains at all sounds bunk. U should have gained even water weight by now. How Manu cycles have u done I'n past i have feeling this is your first

    Nowhere near enough calories to support growth Bro. As stem said, your next stop should be the diet section. You should be aiming for around 4000 cals per day.
