    muscle loss

    finished cycle 600mgs test c a week was 205lbs and 12.7%bf started pct 14days after last pin,on tamox
    40/40/20/20. im 5weeks off test 3 weeks into pct and ive lost 7.8lbs of muscle (measured by a trainer with calipers,and entered into a program that tracks and figures %)
    Is it possible this is water weight from coming off the test? my diets pretty good however i got pretty busy the last couple of weeks and was not eating enough cals.

    I would be running clomid also. Diet is still extremely important during pct. you still have to feed and maintain the new muscle. You won't keep it all but if you don't continue to eat right you won't keep any.

    Agreed, you have to feed the new muscle as much as possible.

    From what I have read, it can fall very fast and even overeating is better to keep those hard earned gains.

    Implementing overeating strategy and quick yet intense workouts during PCT is about the only way to maintain the new tissue.

    Natural foods that are high in cholesterol (red meat, whole eggs, liver, shrimp and etc.) as well as healthy fats will also help with the recovery of natural testosterone.

    I can hear the question coming...

    Oh yeah, you will gain a bit BF% during PCT.

    Good info here. . . . Losing muscle after this would suck bawls. Just saying.

    I rather gain some fat but keep my muscle than lose & lose.

    There's alot of variables.. Diet, training, bf, pct (yours seems weak), if you ran a AI on cycle? Etc..

    The weight you lost is mostly water weight from glycogen retention. Not actual muscle.

    Be happy with only 7lbs start eating , i know u said you've been busy but plan your meals night b4 and have protein shakes and bars incase u can't eat. Running especially cyp u retained water so 90% of your weight loss is just water so don't worry about it hopefully that's all u lose and if it is then good job and good cycle
