    First Cycle - "Youngster"

    Hey guys, I realize there are tonnes of youngsters posting on here and I know it pisses some of the vets on this site off as you obviously know a lot about the long term damage of steroids , and myself being 21 (turning 22 in 8 weeks) I guess I now fall under them.

    BUT

    What I want to ask is advice on a first cycle. I've been bulking (all be it, dirty lol) since some time last year and I've gone up into the high teens/low 20's % bodyfat, and it has started to repulse me. I'm just shy of 103kg (about 210lbs), and have a significant amount of LBM, for my bodyfat (I think I may be slightly lower than I think), my definition in my arms/shoulders/back is still very good, it's just my front that has started to go to far for my liking. I want to run either a cutting cycle, or something that will shred me (I know what my diet will be, that's not a problem, and I know how to train) like clen or something along those lines. I pretty much have my heart set on clen, even if I use it on it's own just to cut me up and see where I go from there, but I'm unsure of whether or not to add some steroids/test in with it...

    I'm going to be running clen 2on2off - Seeing as I've never used it before I'll start week 1 with 20/40/60/80 etc and see where it goes from there, obviously will monitor sides etc. I have a decent understanding of PCT and I'm not one of the younger generation who seem to think no PCT is a plausible way to cycle, that's just retarded.

    So the question is, what advice would you give me? (I won't ask you to "advise me what to take", because I know as well as you that you'd advise me to take no steroids at all, but just give me some brotherly advice on where I should move if I'm going to move in the direction of steroids).

    Move in the direction of the diet forum. Start eating clean. You did say your diet is "dirty". So why not get that in order before considering steroids ?

    Age aside if your 20% bf you need a good diet. Go to the diet section. they can help.

    You're completely right and I completely agree with you, but my bulk was "dirty", even when I cut for last summer I still only hit 12-14% bodyfat and my diet was literally perfect, maybe I didn't give it enough time, I don't know. Thanks for trying to push me in the RIGHT direction, but unfortunately the right direction is starting to make me lose my motivation... Thanks again though!

    You should post your diet in the nutrition forum. You will get some great advice. You may think your diet was perfect on your cut but there is always room for improvement. Don't be in such a rush to jump on steroids . It's not an over night fix. Takes time and dedication as well. So what's another 2 years of natural lifting? You are willing to risk the chance of fvcking yourself up in the long run?

    Personally I would get to 10% unassisted then look into clen .
