    Best for pure muscle

    Hey, I'm 226 @ 6'2". I'm looking to run a bulking cycle. I eat 5 meals a day, mostly protein, my intake is about 2500 calories a day. I'm looking for the best bulk stack. Anyone wanna suggest or say what they're using?

    Test only 500mg a week. Split in 2 shots. Up you calorie intake to 3500

    You need to eat quite a bit more for gains. Specially at your size.

    2,500 is almost a deficit at your weight.

    Ya, I was just on a cutting cycle. Been cutting some fat. Getting married So ya, Time to get back into the proper growth.

    Test enan seems to be a good start.

    Seems to be working for me so far.


    If you haven't done any other cycles I would run a test only cycle and after that it seems like you can progress into other shit and get more creative with different stacks.

    First read up on diet, calculate your tdee, make out a bulking plan according to tdee and diet, you should be able to grow just fine with out any aas. 2500 cals is not helping you but probably hurting you, just imo you are wasting muscle and not supplementing enough goods for them to grow. Do this for a few months and if you still wana try them come back.

    You should take that month and at least get a good routine in the gym or get a body minder journal to plan out you routine if you are absent minds like me and don't want to forget things you want to target at the gym.

    500 mg of test E, 400 mg of deca a week, then daily 30mg of dbol a day, ull blow up like a mofo.

    iv always been a fan of the Test E + Dbol Cycle, havent cycled anything since iv been lifting but read interesting storys bout gains etc

    Dude don't listen to the guys saying u can still grow naturally blah blah this is a steroids forum and the steroid section it's annoying ppl always saying that shit I'm sure if he wanted diet and workout help ppl he'd be on a different forum.. But anyway run test kick start with some dbol if ud like. Good bull combo

    Funny ass thread.

    Good points all around. Taking steroids without having your diet and lifting geared towards bulking (in this case) will yield minimal results. So the suggestion of getting your diet and training in order are, in my opinion, valid.

    That being said, let's assume you're going to do that correctly, your body fat % is <15, and you're dedicated to proper use and PCT/OCT.

    A simple first cycle is 500mgs/week of test e. (pin twice a week). Do for 12 weeks.

    Run .25mgs of Arimidex every other day while on cycle. Also, if you run HCG @500iu/week (split into 2 shots a week), your testicular atrophy will be minimized. This would occur from maybe week 8-12...

    14 days after your last shot, take Clomid and Nolva. 100mgs/day for a week for the first week and 50mgs/day for 3 weeks (Clomid). 40mgs/day for a week and 20mgs/day for 3 weeks (Nolva).

    That's my opinion, anyhow.
