First cycle - Worries of GYNO!

Im 21, 6ft, Weigh 95kg's and ive been training for around 3 years naturally. Since i was younger ive always had moobs and although i am in relatively good shape and slim around the waist i still have excess fatty tissue around my chest. Im going to run a Testosterone Cypionate only cycle at 1ml a week but Im worried that i might be prone to gyno.

Ive seen posts that Nolvadex can help against aromatization, but i was going to use that as a pct.

Would it work just as well as a pct, even if i run it continuously throughtout my cycle? if so, what kind of dosages would i be looking at? This is my first cycle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.

    Thanks

    21 years old NO cycle

    BTW
1ml a week say nothing about concentration
Gyno is just one of the things to worry about, not the worse in your case.
Better alternatives to nolvadex against aromatizations

Get a good handle on your diet do plenty of cardio to drop bf then come back in 4-5 years with cycle questions. If your not using aas then you can get a doctor to prescribe things for your so called gyno or just lay off the.fast food

I dont eat fast food, i have a very well balanced high protein diet. i do plenty of cardio but just lose weight around my stomach and waist. it never shifts from my chest. Am i too young to even consider steroids? i thought at 21 i would be okay. i have been training hard for 3 years and im in the gym 6days a week!

Yes, you are too young to consider steroids, your body is still developing and will be for the next 3-4 years. Once you reach 25ish you should be fully developed and can consider running a cycle with less chance of permanent sides.Your best bet is to post your diet, stats, goals, and history in the nutrition forum and get some help perfecting your diet, because that's what you need to focus most on for now.
