    Test e cycle / bf% loss.

Ok folks didn't really know where to put this thread so if it's in the wrong place please let me know thanks,

Ok so I'm just starting my third week cycle of test enanthate 500 mg a week. I'm up to 175 pounds. I don't want to put on fat. I've been looking trough the nutrition forums trying to see what would suit me best. I'm now 16 bf%. Would it be right to say that I'll still gain muscle if I lowered my carb intake but kept my protien intake high. With also dropping bf%? And with water retention should I take nolva to stop that so I won't puff out ? Or would effect my muscle gains for this cycle? Should I incorporate more cardio and just keep the carbs and protiens the same ? Or lower the carbs ?

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated thanks guys.

    Sorry man.

Ok well I'm 5 8" 175 pounds. Been taking anidrol 50 for the past 2 weeks to kick start the cycle.

I go to the gym 5 times a week.

    Monday chest and biceps,
    Tuesday legs.
    Wednesday shoulders.
    Thursday back and calves.
Friday triceps and forearms.(forearms usually done at home)
Saturday cardio 30 to 40 mins.
    Sunday rest and eat.
Abs are done every second morning before first meal.

    Daily intake usually consists of
    Meal 1
Porridge with flax seed and goji berries + protien shake.

    Meal 2 snack
2 oat and pumkin ryvita with peanut butter 80 g chicken.

    Meal 3
75g before cooked brown rice with chicken Fillet 1 orange and 40g of grapes.

    Meal 4 snack
Brown bread with mashed banana and protien shake.

    Workout

    Meal 5 snack
    1 banana and protein shale.

    Meal 6
300g sweet potato and 60 g of broccoli and chicken fillet.

    Meal 7
Omelette 1 whole egg and 3 whites and 20g cheese and glass of milk.

Water is about 5 litres a day. I also try to throw in another protein bar or shake.

    Calorie total 3995
    Protien total 236g
    Carb total 330g
    Fat total 80g

So does my diet need tweaking so I don't put on fat and possibly lose some ?
