I am sure that most of you have seen the cycle I plan on starting.
It will consist of fina, test and winny.
I need to know the OTC supps I should take. I know to get cranberry for the kidneys and saw palmento (sp?) for the prostate.
Any thing else?

you should get the pure form of saw and milk thistle, this way you know exactly how many mg you are getting whereas the regular just has plant material of that mg and you dunno how many mg you're getting, i believer the ingredients are beta-sitosterol and silymarin...other than those i dont believer in otc supplements other than creatine (off cycle), protein (always), and a daily MV pack...best of luck

gnc, maybe, ask at the desk for pure silymarin and beta-sitosterol, personally i just did web searches for those exact words and found what i needed at a much better price im sure...best of luck

I usually always take flax seed oil, B6, and zinc in addition to those stated. The latter two as OTC gyno blockers (possibly).
Thanks guys. HOw much (mg) pure saw and milk do I take a day? Do I take it with my workout shake?
And what about cranberry, should I get that pure as well?
