About myself: 183 lbs (excess weight around belly) 5'10. Main focus is bike racing. I train around 14-15 hours per week on the bike with no lifting. I eat well with a controlled smart diet.
About my goals: Train harder, race harder and win more. Decrease time to lactate threshold, shed weight and build muscle. Try not to bloat or increase water weight.

I've read through all the sticky note threads and have done a bit of research on the site; great information but a lot to take in. Certainly seems clear that a starter for a beginner is week 1-10: 500mg Testosterone Enanthate weekly with Nolvadex on hand in case of gyno. Do you agree? Are my goals as an endurance athlete - to shed weight and not increase water weight - just not in line with a test?
