Hi Guys,
Im on a var 40 mg ed cycle, I do strenght training, 5, 3's and 1's.
1) Should I really go as heavy as I can during the cycle
2) Should I stop my weight progression 1-2 weeks before the cycle ends end try to keep that weight so I get used to It and when var ends I dont lose strenght ?
Also I lift like powerlifters, I hold my breath during the lifts, but I saw cuz of the increased bloodpressure, my friggin face and eyes got red on a max effort lift, I guess I need to breate during my lifts cuz of var now eh
