Did you inject it into your lower back? Lol . Its way too early to notice anything from test E, aside from test flu symptoms if you get them.

I felt some discomfort in my lower back in the first couple of weeks of my cycle.. Not because the gear was fake..it was legit.. But i guess it was because i started to put on more weight so it started to bother me a little.
As deadly stated above its too early to notice anything yet..
Sometimes even..squats..deads can cause discomfort if done incorrectly

When I did my first cycle and pinned my glute I had awesome virgin muscle syndrome and did get some back discomfort but attributed that to not sitting properly as my ass hurt !

Main cause was being a noob and injecting too fast so made for an awesome first pin.

It's highly unlikely that your back pain has anything to do with the validity of your gear, but rather what exercises, amount of weight and posture you've been applying. Or it could simply be that your injection irritated a muscle or tendon that connects to the lower back, or a myriad of other things. But fake gear? That'd be my last conclusion.

I tend to get back pumps at the beginning of my cycles. Always happens. They go away after about a week.
