Controlling blood pressure.
Is there any threads on controlling blood pressure at low dosages and well as higher dosages over 1-2 grams a week of compounds. I tried search and didnt find anything
id like to find out more info on this and alternates to jumping on meds to control it.
thanks in advance.

You'll think it's crazy.... But 1 oz of vinegar 2 x a day. If slightly elivated 160/100 it won't help

Try taking a look at Doxyzosin (Cardura) in low doses. Also great for libido.

Surprisingly, I've had great success in reducing my blood pressure while on cycle by taking around 2,000mg of hawthorn berry extract per day. Lowering sodium intake is another natural way to control bp. And of course, intense cardio sessions prove to be a worthy short-term combatant.

A small dose of cialis (10mg) everyday works too. Plus, it has other positive effects.

-Cialis low dosed (5-10mg day) ( I do not use this at all)
-Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (I personally use this)
-Baby Aspirin regimen (I also use this)
-Hawthorne berry extract (I also use this)
-Grape seed extract (I also use this)
Whenever I get over 230lbs my blood pressure skyrockets. It was 155 over 102 one time I took it (Im 27)
I went and picked up all of those things.
Took them.
The next morn I took my blood pressure... it was down 20points.
Shit works.
And theyre all cheap to buy. 3-5 bucks each. Cept for the cialis of course.

1 gram of test and 700 mgs tren per week got me to 160/100. Just take 5 mg of bystolic a day. And reduced amounts of compounds. 39 yrs old. You have to monitor yourself on cycle. Learned the hard way.

not sure if i can get teh bp monitor here in oz, they just recently opened a costco. ill check. i usually go every 4 weeks for blood and stuff.
i keep my cardio under hr of 140 so it doesnt become over catabolic., so every now and again hit it hard?
bp medicine has been in the news here alot saying it may be more dangerous then good, im not always one for herbal remedy's. but worth giving a try and monitor after.
great info so far, i was suprised there was no sticky on this topic.

Baby Aspirin. Although, I was put on blood pressure pills awhile back because of some shit I was going through at the time. Once it was delt with, I took my self of them having no problems. I still have the script and still get it filled every 3 months. I just started taking them again because this cycle was raising m BP.
