What type of cardiovascular issues can occur by taking 600mg of Test E and .5mg of Arimadex? Im half way thru my second cycle and Im having difficulty breathing and heart palpitations Im concerned that its from what Im taking? Does this mean I have to stop taking it? or is there something I can do to correct this?

Sounds like anxiety. Try to relax and don't focus on your breathing so much. Get your bp checked and check it a few times to be sure.

Check your bp to make sure that's not causing the palpitations and just relax. Your mind is very powerful and you could be breaking yourself out.
