Do AIs help reduce acne?

I'm looking around and see that some people are adding AIs on their cycle to combat acne. Can anyone explain to me how AIs might help with acne?


Is it because it balances out your hormones so estrogen isn't too high? High levels of estrogen can cause acne right?

You should always run an ai while on cycle, regardless if you get achne. And yes an ai isa used to control the estro spike.

Anything you can do to keep hormone levels stable will help with acne. Most guys experience acne during periods of hormone fluctuation. Keep aas and anti E dosages as consistent as possible to avoid acne.
