can you run slin 7 days a week when using it ?????

okay so ive just started using insulin (humalog) started at 4iu's last wednesday felt fine went up to 5iu's friday and still fine just wondering if you can run it everyday you train ?? for instance this week i will be training 6 days a week (normally only 5) and was wondering if its okay to use slin 6 days a week, been told you shouldnt use it more than 3 times a week ??? any input chaps ?

Sure you can run it as often as you like....but your chances of adaptation and problems will likely increase proportionately. This is why most only do it on tough workout days when they feel they will be required to metabolize the most protein.

If you are only doing fast acting slin after workouts then the dangers of using daily will naturally be a lot less than if you are using a slow acting in the morning and then a quick acting PWO. Also if you are only taking it for a short cycle (say 8 wks) then it will of course do less damage than doing it for a year of cruising and blasting.

In my own experience, TRT and Blasting, I have used it the short acting (humalog) PWO for 5 days a week for a couple of months at a time with no ill affects. However everyone is different.

One thing I would suggest as it appears you are new at this is to invest in a blood glucose meter from your local drug store so that you can monitor your bloods and look for any signs of problems with blood sugar after your cycle as well as keep track of changes you experience with various amounts of food and sugars while using. Also well worth the investment are some glucose tablets and keep them at the ready just in case of emergency (say your car breaks down on the way home from the gym after taking 10 IU's of slin and not only do you not get to eat for several hours you are forced to walk several miles).
