11 days into cycle #2. Concerned!!
Hello all,
I am 11 days into my second cycle. I am doing the cookie cutter 40mg/dbol ED 500mg Test E/Week cycle. Everything was going great, getting good pumps and feeling good (as being on aas does!).
However. I had a fit test done at the gym just to see where I stood in terms of "start of cycle" and my blood pressure was high! I am normally 120/80 but this time I was 139/89!!! I just got my blood pressure checked again today (3 days later) and I am 143/89!
Should I be worried? Is there anything I should be doing/not doing? Will this go away when off cycle? Any help is much apreciated!
(for the record im 27 170lbs and 15% bf second cycle)

170lbs 15%bf and you've ran a cycle? U need to hit the diet/nutrition section asap.
As far as blood pressure, take a baby aspirin, do some cardio, and I've heard Hawthorne berry extract and vinegar helps too.

Aspirin at night, more water, and some cardio !! Keep your diets clean and fat lower, and yes your BP Will return to normal after your cycle, if its up this early you gonna ha e to really keep an eye on it! Also agree with limited stimulants caffeine, pre w/o.

Patrick your 23 and giving advice. He didn't ask about his diet and 15% I's fine. If u can't help on his question jus don't answer. Ur 2 young to be running aas anyway. For blood pressure i agree it's 2 early to be rising that quick now u are gonna raise it especially with dbol . If your trying to gain mass your most likely throwing down some calories, are u eating clean or jus throwing down whatevers I'n front of u??

Thanks for ALL the replies guys
To answer about my 170 15% concern... I had an injury on week 8-9 of my first cycle that prevented me from walking for a long time and really limited my movements. I got pretty soft in that time off lol
I'm eating like a truck. Aiming for 5k calories including shakes but not saying no to the odd pizza
I have even having ALOT of caffeine. I will drop that ASAP and try ALL the advice posted.
Thanks so much guys I'll keep you posted!

Definitely I would think your bp would be raised because of the gear especially If your normal bp is normal. What's your resting bp? And your recovery time like from high to normal? If your resting bp is high you might need more testing but I'm leaning towards the gear as a culprit

I dont see anything to worry about, I wish mine was near that level. My last test at the doctors the day before surgery I was 155/105. Yeah I had a little stress going on that day non related to the surgery. lol
Agree with a lot of the advice. Water, low/no salt, plenty of rest. Always check your BP only after sitting for 2+ minutes with your arms and feet/legs un crossed.

Really those BP readings are not all that high considering the gear and coming off an injury. If you were laid up for a couple of days obviously the injury was not minor. That can raise your BP for a few days. There should be a marked increase in standing BP over a seated /lying reading also. If you have a home BP cuff try to take it before you get out of bed each morning. That will give you a good baseline.
Look at it this way ......BP is up the gear should be good.

Your boarder line. That being said monitor it but dont get overly worried about it. Each time you go to check it and you start to worry how high is it going to be it will raise it every time. Just be relaxed. If the bottom number starts creapping into to 90's then be concerned.

Ok guys baby asprin does nothing for blood pressure. At ALL. Actually if you stroke out, and have a brain hemorrhage from high BP you will die from a brain bleed, or at the very least make it worse.
Stop eating salt. Take something to get excess fluid out of your body and you should be fine, if it goes any higher, get a real evaluation, in person, from another medical professional.
