Adding Anavar to my T400 cycle

I'm adding Anavar 40-50mg per day for the last 4 weeks of my 12 week T400 cycle. I've put on about 10 lean lbs of muscle so far and made good improvements in stregth and strength endurance.

I want to add a few more lean pounds and trim up some fat in my last 4 weeks.

    STATS: 33 yrs old - 5'7" - 178lbs

My diet for last 4 weeks has been about 2900 calories, 180 carbs, 50 fat, 240 protein, 55 sugars

I have not been doing cardio because I like to workout at a fast pace and I burn alot of calories through the one hr strength training 6x per wk. I finish soaking wet from head to toe.

Basically just looking for a little overall advice to get the most out of it. Add cardio ?? change diet features ?? more anavar ??

    Thanks in advance !!

my opinion.. you are over training.. if size, even lean size is your goal you need to do heavy weights eod 3x week max..

exceed your maintenance x 500 cals.. (easy to do )

the var will add some weight but the t400 should really be doing it for you..

when i run 500mg test e and 80mg var.. i stay the same weight but lose about 4-6% bf..

and that's not cutting.. strength training, endurance training, and body building all require different ranges and routines..

what you are currently doing (making big assumptions here.) is endurance training..

HIIT training will help burn fat but will add very little muscle and if you are not refeeding after working out you are basically not allowing the body to rebuild/recover... 6x week = too much to add muscle size..

    just my opinion/experience

    O.K thanks for the info.

not sure what you mean by refeeding ?? I have one omega 3 egg and 1 cup egg whites w/12 grain toast for breakfast. an hr later I have a slow release protein shake maybe 10 mins before I workout and always 25grm of protein post workout.

I think i'll cut back to 5 days as I've heard that from another friend too.

    Thanks again

Loading up on carbs (from good sources). Don't get it mixed up with a cheat day.

With a high protein/low carb diet you need to refeed every 3+ days to help you maintain/grow your muscle. How often you refeed comes down to your body type. Typically endos refeed every say 7 days or so, whereas ectos can get away with every 3 days. But you'll have to experiment.

Very efficient way of varying calories to stimulate growth, just like you need to mix up your training routine.

10 min before you workout.. but it takes your digestive system 1.5 hours to digest it, and thus during that 1.5 hours your are trying to push blood into the muscles and your digestive system is trying to pull the blood into it to do it's job.. you are fighting your own system..

If you must consume anything, consume amino acid in the form of pills before a workout.. you have 300-400 cals of glycogen stored in the liver and some in the muscle, so you'll have enough to work out.. the food you consume 10 min before working out is not going to help..

I like to take BCAA 45 minutes before I work out and get a good energy rush from it also.
