does your first time with tren have to be tren-ace or can you run tren-enanthate

Is it bad? It depends on if you end up getting sides or not and how fast you want them to go away. Better question is which one is a better idea to run the first time? I think Tren A.

What are your stats and cycle history? A short ester will clear quicker as stated above.

im 24 years of age, weigh about 13.6 stone, fairly low bodyfat but not sure what % exactly and have 2 previous cycles under belt with good gains, have my diet in check, 5-7 solid meals a day

Where in the heck do you see that? Or is it from another post? Thanks for stats though. Wanted to make sure wasn't an 18 yr old first cycle that isnt a typical teen. Like everyone this weekend. Lol

At least we hope not. It doesn't take a genius to create a new account and change the birth-date and start over when you only have a few post and got blasted due to being to young. I still question all the newbies who seem to all be 24/25 JUST at the right age but typically still lacking other places and ask the typical newbie questions although they say they have a few cycles under their best. Not say this is true with the OP, just my experience.

I have never ran Tren Ace but I love Tren E. I am one of the lucky ones who can handle tren very well but some are not so lucky.
