    First cycle test e & test prop

    Hi I'm just starting my first cycle of test e & prop was advised to take 250mg of test e with 50 mg every 4 days then increase to every 3rd after 2 weeks I was going to run a 12 wk cycle ?? I have so far for pct 20 mg tamoxifen what else should I use??
    My diet consist of 3500-4000cal per day on a 40/40-45/15-20 carbs/protein/fats, train 4 days a week on a HIT program. I weigh 75 kg ATM at aroun 12% bf thereabouts goal is 80-85kg at below 10% bf any help and or advice would be greatly appreciated

    75kg 5,7 32 -12%bf thereabouts, bench 1rm - 130kg, 120kg dead lift leg press 220kg 6-8 reps ??

    You will get head circumference as a stat be for the age of a youngster. Ever notice that?

    sorry i didnt type that right, im 32 yrs old 5'7" in height and ive been training on and off for since i was 17.

    drop the prop. You dont need it and it will cause to much of fluctuations in your hormone levels the way you are using it.
    i would also get an ai for use on cycle and clomid for pct
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    sorry ive only just started researching over the last 2-3 weeks what is a an AI, and is the quantitys and day spread correct for a first cycle what else do u recommend adding (decca dbol sus??) and is the pct i have worth taking ? I will chase up clomid when and how often and how much do i require?? is 12 week cycle include the pct phase or should it be 12 weeks straight of test e or test prop?? cheers again for your advice

    you dont need to take any other steroid besides the test e. use the test e for 12 weeks
    ai= aromasin or a-dex. goto the pct section of the board you can read about both and proper pct
    i would use this for pct start this 14 days after your last injection
    nolva 40/40/20/20
    clomid 100/100/50/50
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Or, if you do intend to use both esters, you need to completely change the way you are pinning them.

    You should be injecting the enanthate twice a week evenly, i.e. every Monday morning and Thursday evening, and you should inject the prop every other day. If you aren't comfortable injecting yourself this many times a week, then following gixxer's advice is optimum.

    Thanks for the responses I have 5ml of the prop so I might as well use it, so if I do u recommend not taking with test e just having every 2nd day or on the days I don't have test e ? And would I still take 50mg (.2ml) ? How is prop different from test e ?

    No prop save it for next cycle. U Shud have done more research man. Prop,cyp,enanthate are all test difference I's esters how long b4 body absorbs prop I's a week cyp about 2 weeks Enan I's about 2 1/2 weeks. Name of game I's keeping your blood levels stable and u can't do so by using both. Just stick with Enan don't add anything else yet u haven't done enough research u should pin every 5 days to keep blood stable look at pct section and do your research

    Thanks guys I'll save the prop for next cycle and doin my research on pct, so dosage 250mg every 4th or 5th day is correct ? I'm gonna do morning struggled to sleep doin late arvo ?? Do I need to increase at any point? Is 12 weeks optimum and where u pin it make any diff read mixed response in regards to where and when ? Cheers

    Enanthate every5 days studies show Ur levels start to decrease around day #5

    You really should have figure your pct before you started and obtained it. What if something happens to your test and you can't get anymore ? Wouldn't you like to already have your clomid and novla on hand and know how much to take and for how long? Please research this and have it on hand for the what if situation. Better safe than not be able to use your stick.

    Pin test e every 3.5 days for a constant hormone level

    Hey guys, Im into my 3rd week of my cycle of test e (i dropped the prop) so im using 1ml every monday morn and thursday afternoon, I havent really noticed any difference to be honest my weight is consistent (still at between 74-76kg) my strength may have gained a little but i cant say for sure that i can attribute that to the test as my training partner has had the same increase without any test and infact gained more weight than i have?? Which seems crazy to me so i thought id post my training program and diet and see where i might be going wrong, or am i just jumpin the gun will my results be later in the cycle??

    Diet
    6:30am - 1 scoop of protein (25g protein) 100ml pasterized egg white 100ml hilo milk, 1 1/2 cup of oats (with sultanas) and a piece of fruit (banana/orange/plum) and cup of coffee
    10:00am - 50gm of almonds, 100ml of low fag yoghurt, can of tuna (90g tub 18g of protein) piece of fruit
    1:00 pm - 1 cup of basmati rice or sweet/ruby potato mash 200gm of chicken breast/rump or powterhouse steak + cup of veggies (broccoli,capsicum,onion etc..)
    4-430pm(PWO) - 2 slice of wholemeal bread 2 tbsp of peanut butter (or 90g tuna) 1/2 scoop of protein/pasterised egg whites 100ml+100ml hilo milk & piece of fruit, superpump 1-2 scoop + creatine monohydrate
    intra - sports drink 1lt
    630-7:00 (PPWO) - 2 scoops of protein + 80gm dextrose + 15ml olive oil 300ml - 400ml water
    730-8:00 - dinner 1-2 cups of Rice basamati 200-300gm chicken or beef (breast or lean beef) and 1 cup of veggies
    930-10:00 - 1 scoop of protein+15ml of olive oil+ eggwhite 50-100ml+50-100ml Hilo milk and maybe 30gm of almonds

    protein = Myofusion
    multivitamins = vitabolics, and flax seed tablets
    pre-workout = superpump max

    Training is on a 4 day split (Mon/Tues, Thurs/Fri) - Chest&bi's, Back,&traps, wednesday Kickboxing 1,1/2hrs, Delts&Tri's, Legs,abs
    we do a Dorian yates HIT program 2 warm up sets 10-12reps & 1 working 6-8 reps to 8-10 for the smaller groups ( 1 min rest between sets 2-3mins between exercises) on a 2 sec negative, explosive eccentric

    Any advice greatly appreciated

    Test E takes four or five weeks to kick in. Give it some more time.

    I hope I'm not sounding impatient but I just had my 2nd pin in my 4th week of 12 week cycle, as I've stated ive had strength gains, and increased libido but not really any weight gain or size gain that's noticeable or even drop in bf% . I've had no pimples, gyno or change in mood if anything I've been had less Agro and or stress ?? I'm doubting authenticity of my test e or at least strength of is there any other clear signs I should notice or any other way to test purity etc... ???

    You should have gained a little weight by now?? Maybe 3 kg. Sounds like your test maybe bunk...Any increase of libido?

    Ok, i see increase of libido. May be that it's cypionate and taking longer. You won't always see dramatic sides esp. on first cycle, I only experienced a little acne and never any gyno until late 30's. As far as agression you mainly see that in the DHT derived hormones or if your doing 1-2 gms a week of test. Only way to know without GSMS is from personal exp. with gear. Let it ride another 2 weeks and see what happens. Sounds like if anything it's underdosed.

    Ok now into my 5th week have hit 78kg but hovering between 76-78 but i think at a higer bf%, I noticed in the first 4 weeks i dint really get to sore the day after training like i use to after a hard session, but into this 5th wk and towards the end of the 4th Ive noticed im a litle more tired than usual im still pushing as hard as initially. My friend said you should really be feeling fuller by now or just stronger in general i know ive still got another week or so before i should start noticing but im concidering increasing dosage upto 1.2ml from 1ml and pin point to shoulders??

    Will the increase in dosage have any effect ?? is it normal to feel tired on a cycle and will pining it in my shoulders (upper body) help with upper body size increase over lower?? Anyone ?? Advice is greatly appreciated

    dont increase it u are using more than enough.

    injecting different area is only helping to prevent scar tissue.

    it will not increase the muscle areas where u inject it. its a myth.

    if it does not kick in soon might be underdosed. but u are geting increased sex drive. wait it out a little longer

    Cheers for the advice just at the point where I'm gonna need to buy more and are not sure what to do feeling a little disappointed so far don't know if it's legit or not either way probably wont do test e again if it's gonna take this long

    What made you run both test e and test prop? If you insisted on running two different esters why didn't you consider sustanon?

    It was what was recommended by my source ? But after research found it probably wasn't the best advice for a first cycle. Everyone here has said on test e alone it wasn't unusual to gain upto 20lbs and that's what I was hoping for. Might try sust next cycle or anyone know of a good 2 nd cycle that will have quick results that are easy to keep

    Alright it's week 6 and I'm finally gaining some weight, I'm at 78+kg depending what time of the day I weigh myself I started out at around 74-75kg. I have to admit I got impatient and jumped my dosage to 1.2ml or 300mg (given if strength per ml is correct but I doubt it) hence why I increased dosage. I can see some difference in appearance and my wife says she can see the difference more noticeably I'm not feelin tired anymore and my sex drive is definitely still up there. Just wondering if the earlier use of prop (.2ml with .8 ml test e) could have stifled my progress early on due to fluctuating test levels??

    Im finally starting to notice the difference and I've finally cracked the 80kg plateau even though I've got the flu so I had to ease off training a little. Got 6 weeks left and can't wait to see my results by then
