Looks like you have the right stuff for a first cycle.
I would suggest something like this:
weeks
1-10(or12) 500mg Sustanon /week split in to 2 injections per week
1-10 Arimidex .5mg eod (I only do this if I feel sides but some people prefer to run it anyways)
PCT
Nolva 40mg ed 2 weeks followed by 20mg ed for 2 more weeks
Clomid 50mg ed for 2 weeks followed by 25mg ed for 2 more

couple changes i would make to redz suggestion
pct should start 18 days after last injection
i would start the a-dex at .25mg eod and adjust as neededIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

if you have been training solid for 10 years , u have come close to your genetic limit for your height and body fat. mind you i think u would wanna be more like 103kgs and 10% body fat
with sust after the last injection levels drop to one-half by the 4 day point, so injections 3 days a week is more efficient.
when doing a cycle at 500mg sust there is little point in suppressing the HPTA but probably failing to get much gains out of it.
even for a first cycle and with a concrete back ground in training running sust for a first cycle at 750mg a week for 8 weeks, will yield night and day difference in results to you running 500mg for 10-12 weeks. sides dont become an issue if you are running an ai. Make teh most of your time on when your HPTA is shut down.
People will say this is horrible advice, but looking at your age and back ground in teh gym. dont be so quick to judge, Ive given you a suggested proposed idea and if you choose to look into it more, do your research and see if this is what you are looking for. There is more ways to run a first cycle then the cookie cutter 10-12 week noob cycle.
and no need to stack gear for a long time , i say keep running test untill u are doing over 1.5 g a week, then at that point look at running some class 1 and 2 combos with dht compounds etc. All the wonderful "proS" of using a different compound listed in teh out dated drug profiles sound appealing but if you can train and you can eat properly the test will really dial into those features you already have and make you grow.
