need advice! olm3hundred shot very painful!!

Sunday around noon, i hit 1cc of olm3hundred.(prop,masteron, and short ester deca). Hours After I got the test flu. Im feeling a little better today but my delt is still swollen and real red and extremely hot. Im supposed to be hitting every two days and today would be the day but im not sure if i should hit or skip. Plus I don't want to hit my other delt and have both arms out on me. What should i do??

You can't pin the same spot every 2 days you need to mix up sites you should at least 6+ you can use

Oh yea i know that. I was planning on hitting my glute next but the way my delt swelled up i cant really move my arm. Its a little better today but i just dont want to not be able to walk or something. The gear is so think too
