    If you could do your first cycle again?

    24
    190lbs
    6'1
    10%

    Test E: 500mg, 10 weeks
    Arimidex: 0.25mg EOD, weeks 1-12
    HCG: 500iu, weeks 7-12

    Clomid:100/100/50/50
    Nolva: 40/40/20/20

    ORRRR

    Test P: 150mg EOD, 8 weeks
    Arimidex: 0.25mg EOD, weeks 1-8
    HCG: 500iu, weeks 4-8

    Clomid: 100/100/50/50
    Nolva: 40/40/20/20


    I want good gains, but want to be shut down as short as possible, also want to see results fast.
    Pinning is no issue, used melanotan and B12 shots before.

    Leaning towards the prop, anything im obviously missing.?

    If pinning isn't an issue I would go with the prop. Only reason is because u see feel results quicker and u can get PCT done quicker. Less time all over before u can begin the next cycle.

    What's your theory on not running HCG from the start?

    Ive done a good bit of research on HCG and never heard of running it from the start? I thought it was for kick starting the testes in prep for the clomid and nolva treatment?

    A mate was saying that 8 weeks on prop wont give me the same gains as 10 weeks on E due to the cycle length? However you would actually have more gains on prop due to the effects becoming apparent in 1-2 weeks instead of 4-5?

    u have to use prop. otherwise change ur username :P

    go the prop ED or EOD injections

    if possible start the hcg from first injection. as mentioned about

    if thats all the hcg u got. leave it as is. better than nothing

    Prop only if you're 100% positive that the injections won't get to you.

    i done like 3 mg of tren a week at if i remember rightly 200mg ml and sust was 500mg a week not prop and i was told to do 2 injections of each a week and then never saw him for 4 weeks and i misundrestood so done it every other day and gained a massive 3 stone i was massive oh and when i came off my weight didnt drop at all... couldnt believe it after 4 weeks i saw him again and he crapped himself basicly said it was too much and was phoneing me every night to see if i was alright worryed that i was going to have a heart attack lolol classic case of someone not knowing what he was doing and listening to others that knew little but luckerly i was fine i did crash like fck about 3 weeks later couldnt lift weights and hurt but about a week later i was fine didnt do pct either didnt even know about it back then i was 18 sick now knowing what i know but like i said three stone gain and stilll kept it even to this day not bad lololol (but extremley lucky)

    Thats crazy man! You ran a high dose of test and tren for a first cycle hahaha

    Can anyone answer this, I understand protein synthesis and nutrient partitioning is greatly improved on cycle, so if I usually bulked on 3000 calories per day would you increase that to 3500+?

    Macros usually resemble 250g pro, 350g carb 80g fat

    Already planning on upping protein to make use of protein synthesis.

    yes they say a 40/40/20 split or close too is the way to go as in diet bud upping 500 cals for bulk and lowering 500 cals for cut is rule of thumb so going by that you should be fine and see decent gains remember sleep 8 hour min and train like a madman lolol

    Is 150mg EOD a tad high for a first cycle. It equates to 525mg a week but I thought prop was stronger than E or C (I've forgotten the science behind it I think its to do with the % of it actually being testostorone).

    I'm just checking because I thought 100 EOD to 125 EOD was perfect for a first cycle.

    If you take your hcg from the get go the testes will never be shutdown and be producing test even while on cycle and LH is suppressed.

    I'd run the 8 week prop cycle over a 10 week enanthate cycle. Prop kicks in for me in about 5 days and enanthate 4 - 5 weeks - do the math.

    If your goal is to gain as much LBM as possible then start at 1k cal over your maintenance cals and adjust from there.

    Im going to go up to 3500 on cycle, usually bulk at 3000, excited to get started and see what this brings now.

    The reason i'm doing that is my prop is dosed at 75mg/ml so it makes pinning easier.
    It is probably a little on the high side for a first timer but not by much.

    I'm going to run the HCG at 500iu from the get go.

    My mate says strength, libido and increased vascularity start in a matter of days with prop, i'm naturally impatient so prop is going to be my best option.

    Also 10 week enanthate cycle would be 16 weeks of med use altogether.
    8 weeker of prop would only be 12. Meaning I can cycle again sooner and not be shut down as long.

    My early cycles were SUST only or TEST E/C and my gains were always great. Simple,,yet very effective. Using the AI is a very smart idea too.

    Its widely promoted to just use one compound for your first cycle. And since you are running test prop you don't really need a kick start as it should be working great just 2 weeks in!

    Not wise bud its your your prefrence but a fat test cycle will fo you proud def
