First it depends on ur ester long esters its rec to do evry 3.5 days, short esters eod/ sumtimes ed.

Then u habe to worry bout the amount of coumpound n the ester. (how much sust is per ml of mg?)

Obvi u have not done enuff research to do a cycle. I suggest you do nothing but homework n then ask questions. If u cant manage ur question, chances r ur gonna fuk up ur cycle sumwhr n risk Trt/hrt.

lol ive done about 10 cycles in my life and have researched all that i can, i its 250mg/ml i was sinmply asking waht most people fill the syringe up to if they r doing either an eod injection or a every 3rd day. i know sustanon has 4 different test mixture of long esters and short esters, i also know that people who have done it all do it diferently for example once a week, twice a week, every 3rd day, eod, every day..... i was looking for a quick answer of what do i fill the syringe up to when trying to make the every 3rd day split or eod, you probally could have written less and answered my question as aposed to lecturing me on not doing enough research.... im 32 and have done plenty of cycles, this is a forum meant to ask questions and get answers, which is what i was doing... can anyone else answer this? im sure if i sit here and figure out the math i can come up with a close enough answer but im also sure ppl on here know off the top of there head...!

you're way over thinking it..
250mg/ml n 500mg/week

e3.5d = 1ml per shot = 500mg
e3d = .86ml per shot = 500mg
eod = .57ml per shot = 499mg
