    2nd Cycle Cyp and Anvar

    I'm 39 5-10 173 and on a clean diet. I'm about 15% body fat and strting my second cyle. I'm looking to gain more mass and shredded appearance. I am planning a 12 week cycle. This is very similar to my last cylce except I'm adding the anvar(anavar ).

    Test Cyp 250mg 2x wk
    Anvar 50mg ed
    hcg 250mg 2x wk
    Arimidex .5mg 3x wk

    PCT 4 weeks Tamoxifen , clomid, armimex

    you may not need adex for pct, just use it while on cycle, as you're proposed.

    are you taking anavar throughout the 12wks?

    how was your gains on your first cycle? are you getting enough proteins and calories? do you need to check your diet?

    Don't expect anavar to shred the fat off you but it will help keep it off. 60mg is usually the lowest recommended dose for men. Agree with above, 173 is fairly light, what's your diet like?

    why are you doing cyp 2x week??? enth is done 2x, cyp will cause more water retention as well...

    i can't find the formula.. but after the 4th injection your test levels would be in the 750 range.. the 1/2 life is long with cyp...
