    Question The Endurance Stack:

    (Yes i researched & found good info, but i wanna hear opinions & advise from u guys).

    -Ok so i think i got it mostly nailed down, BUT figured id pass it thru u guys & see what comes up for advice & all. The cycle has 3 things in mind, first & most important is cardio output & increasing endurance. Second is strength gains without gaining size & actually loosing 20 more pounds taking me to 230lbs. Third is to run lower dosed compunds keeping sides to a minimum as my 35yr old ass needs to keep his health in check.

    -With that said, the cycle is, Turinabol for 40 days at 50mgs ED, then EQ at 300mgs weekly, & last is Test-E at 400mgs weekly.

    -Now for some obviouse facts, cant run winny as it dries out my joints & gives me unbearable lower back pumps. Deca & d-bols are out due to the bloat & weight gain with them. Test-Prop is out due to the EOD injects & walking into my BJJ class limpinmg from my prop shot isnt ideal. HGH is beyond my budget but if i had the coin, id run some Anavar in the future.

    -Last is me, im 35 yrs old with a long record as the gym rat, i boxed for a few years, then i switched to MMA & trained for competition in BJJ & Muay Thai. However, this was years ago & wanna get back my cardio & back into MMA since my 6yr old Son has just joined up. Im 6' even, 250lbs & have already dropped 15 lbs from dieting alone. As i prepare to go back to my old stomping grounds in Jiu Jitsu & Muay Thai, they require an imence amount of cardio & conditioning & im not quite the beast i used to be dealifting in the high 600's & benching in the 500's. Ofcourse, being a big muscle head only works against u as the heart & lungs have to work double time to feed ur 250 pound ass. This is why those 155 pounders are so quick & have such high cardio levels!!

    -Sorry for the long thread as i just wanted to cover my bases & then see what u guys have for advice within a budjet!!!

    -Oh & P.S= ill be taking a the essential vitamins & supplements to go with this.

    And your bf?

    what PCT do you have planned?

    Using HCG ?

    Im reading that cycle as:

    Week 1 - 6 : 50mg ED Tbol
    week 6 - a : 300mg EQ
    Week a - b : test E 400mg

    Can you clear that up for me along with the other info?

    -Look up & u'll see the cycle im planning to run has been typed in this thread above.

    -Body fat is hard to judge since my upper body is leaner & muscular, (im naturally a big muscular guy), BUT i have a 42" waste which will be difficult to get off & is my first target to get rid of aiming for 38!!

    -With the low dosed compounds, not much PCT is needed, but ill pick up some clomid, Nov, HCG, & some supplements such as DAA, Erase, Tribulus, Long Jack, Testofen, & amino acids.

    As I mentioned above this is what I make of your cycle, you need to lay it out clearly

    Week 1 - 6 : 50mg ED Tbol
    week 6 - a : 300mg EQ
    Week a - b : test E 400mg

    Is that right?

    If you cant judge bf are you able to post a photo?

    As for PCT a FULL PCT is needed for your cycle and IMO any cycle. Clomid and Nolva should be both used for 4 weeks, do you know how much to use?

    As for the HCG you should use that through out your cycle at 2 x 250iu per week NOT for PCT

    Oh dear god, i started in the gym at age 20. By 25 i switched over to the dark side starting with the classic Arnold Deca /Dbols/ & Test stack. Im a fan of running long cycles depending on the compuonds used. PLUS ive ran crazy cycles of a Sust amp ed, (thats 250mgs ED!!), 1200 mgs of deca, lots & lots of d-bol. Ive ran quite a few cycles in my past so i know what im doing.

    Lets keep this thread on topic, & thats the putting together of a complete endurance/cardio cycle as the #1 goal here.

    -Ur mostly correct,

    -50 mgs of turanibol for the 1st 6 weeks ED

    -EQ at 300 mgs, one shot weekly for 13 weeks.

    -And the test at 500 mgs weekly for 13 weeks.

    -I can post up some pics of my bodybuilding days as well to make a comparison to my physique today.

    -I already mentioned taking Nov & Clomid, & yes i know how to use them.

    -I dont believe my supplier has HCG , (but i'll check), so ill have to dig around for it if i chooe to run it.

    -U can post ur pics up now, but mine will have to wait till tomorrow.

    I understand what youre saying mate, the confusion is in the format that you laid out your cycle plan.

    The way you have written it reads like this:

    Week 1 - 6 : 50mg ED Tbol
    week 6 - a : 300mg EQ
    Week a - b : test E 400mg

    Thats why I keep asking for you to make it clear

    I read an article on that the other day, I've been considering using T3 & was going to incorporate the GW in an effort to keep my body's metabolisms focused on burning just fat rather than fat & muscle. All in all, I say its a pretty impressive compound based on what I've read.

    basically what it does is lowers your hrt and the fat motilization effect..

    So if your high hrt during near max cardio effort is 167 (using my #'s) and during max resistence training.. it will lower that to 157 and recovery between sets is much faster up to 50% faster in my case..

    What does it do for you?? it allows you to do more, much more and thus effects are more effective..

    Hey Im on 500mgs of test E and found for cardio side its to much, u just get to pumped, i do 3 rounds on the pads and my lower back is killing, so a lower dose will probly work better for you, in the past of done lower doses and had no problems mma or kickboxing training....felt like a monster!
