Test E/Dbol feedback
Hi all,
Any feedback/thoughts on this would be great.
My stats.
5'6" 180lbs. 31" waist. 38 years old.
I eat pretty clean.
Breakfast : Turkey burger patty, 2 eggs, 2 slices or whole grain toast or Oatmeal with eggs
Snack : Chicken breast and FF greek yogurt
Lunch : Chicken breast and some sort of veggie or fruit (non starch)
Snack : Greek Yogurt and some more chicken
Protien Shake at the gym. Just Whey
Dinner : Either Tuna Steak sashimi with fruit or greens, or Turkey Steak, or 94% Lean beef. I try to rotate.
3 Liters of water per day
I am planning on upping the protien when I start the cycle. Also have my PCT set with Clomid and N. My doc says he can write the scrip for Clomid no problem. But you know docs, they don't give you the info you're looking for, they just say they advise against it. I just want straight answers! Ugh.
I'm not a big alcohol drinker but I do imbibe in a glass of white wine or a couple beers often, I can totally stop this if it's recommended. Not sure if the calories from this small amount are a big deal or not.
I was thinking of doing a 250 per week injectable cycle of Test E for 16-20 weeks. Kicking off with 20 of dbol per day for a couple weeks.
I'm not looking for drastic gains here, and I'm looking to avoid side effects (hair loss!) I've cycled before and I usually feel Test E pretty good, but I have only done a 8-10 week cycle before at higher doses. Since Test takes a bit to kick in, my thinking is that a longer cycle might be better. If you do a longer cycle at a lower dose, is it easier to recover?
In the past I've kept most of my gains. I know this isn't the ideal muscle head cycle and that's not what I'm looking for. Here's the last deal, hope it doesn't matter to you all socially because it does suck enough without neg comments, but I'm HIV poz. Been that way for over a decade due to a needle stick @ work. Not on meds because I live a healthy lifestyle, but I have been feeling more run down the last year or so. Partially age I'm sure. My bloodwork says I don't need meds yet, but I'm still looking to feel good and look good in the mean time. I'm not wasting or any of that shit, but I do want honest feedback on this cycle if you would take the timeThanks so mucy guys!

PS I can bump the test up to 300 or maybe even 350, but I wouldn't want to go much higher than that. In the past I've done 400 and the results were impressive.

Test e/c at 400mg a week would be perfect bro. (If you don't wanna go higher)
HCG 250iu twice a week and an AI such as adex will be needed on cycle.
The classic PCT of nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 100/100/50/50 will be fine.
As for your question about whether being shutdown for longer at a smaller dose would be easier for recovery is wrong.
Even at 300mg your natural test will suppressed so in terms of recovery it would be better doing 12 weeks at 400mg rather than 20 weeks at 300mg.

Thanks for the quick reply! Def appreciate it.
You're right, in the research I've done, you don't want to cycle more than 12 weeks really. It took a fair amount of digging, all the searches came up with the same questions, but no answers. It seems that with amounts as small as 250 that you enter shut down mode, and the longer you're on, the harder it is to recover, so why not go for optimum results for a normal cycle time.
The only thing I don't have is HCG , but there's plenty of time. Wish I could just go to 7-11. LOL
Again, very much appreciate the quick response!!! Thank you

Im not an HIV expert... but dont you need to start meds as soon as possible? In order to stop the infection from progressing?

my best results from dbol were from 25mg's split up every 12 hours (not sure how much 5mg is going to effect), and as far as cycle duration i wouldn't exceed 12 weeks and the most common dosage i've seen/read/tried was 4-500 mg's week.
my personal experience was 500mg split up over e/3 day and dbol 12.5 mgs every 12 hours for 4 weeks with standard pct of nolva and clomid
not sure about your condition how this all plays a factor, but the above mentioned cycle worked great for me (other than the pip which made me switch gear) but thats another story.
good luckLast edited by mwilkinson; 05-05-2012 at 01:57 PM.

I can see where most people would think that but no. Once you are infected it seems to lay dormant for an indefinite amount of time. That's how so many people can have it and not know. Behind the scenes it can be wittling away at your immune system, but that's not always the case.
I get bloodwork every 3-4 months, and it monitors how my immune system and the virus. Eventually the virus will start to replicate or my immune system will be weakening, and then you start the meds. Some people choose to go on meds early, but I haven't needed to yet, due to living a healthy lifestyle. I'm not looking forward to it because the side effects are a bitch. So until the virus decides to wake up and work, I'm good.
In the mean time, once in a while it can make me pretty damn tired. But that's all.
