hey guys, bit of background info:
i'm currently in week 10 of my second cycle. my first cycle was 500mg test-e for 12 weeks, with nolva/clomid pct. my current cycle is 600mg test-e for 12, with nolva/clomid pct. i'm on liquidex .25mg eod and have had no signs of gyno.
first cycle was the middle of last year, had 8 months off and then started this one in march. natural test recovered well. i'm currently 89kg, 5'11 and not sure on bodyfat, maybe 14%? i have gained around 20lbs so far this cycle, eating like a horse (4.5-5k cals a day) and obviously gained fat and water with my muscle i would have gained. start of week 10 today, and i'm thinking about cutting my cals down a bit to try and lose some of the body fat while i'm anti-catabolic from the test.
i am thinking about doing this for the rest of the cycle (week 10, 11, 12) and then up my cals again and eat like a horse for the 2 weeks i'm off and then especially whilst i'm on PCT. i know how important being in a surplus of cals is around PCT time and directly after it so would it be okay if i were to do this?
