sport winny prob
im an ex college football player now given the oppertunity to go back and play baseball at a d2 school. im very excited. right now im playing summer ball now for their summer program, but heres the problem. im a pitcher and i already started a winny only cycle about 4 weeks ago. now i already know winny only is not a good idea im no rookie but i didnt expect to play baseball. we have been throwing bullpens and playing practice games, altho we typically only throw an inning or two since its quite early i have to throw pretty much my hardest to establish my spot on the team since the coaches dont really know my potential. my arm and body are def feeling the dried out effects cant throw very hard afraid my arm will brake.
so heres what im thinking about doing. im thinking about finishing up cycle about another week and lay off the pitching for a week maybe throw very light
question. how long till after im off winny willl my body be back to normal
suggestions what would you do??Last edited by spiketannin; 05-07-2012 at 11:15 PM.

Why don't u just stop it now at 4 weeks? To save ur sport. And did u see any gains? How much mg did u do a day?

doesn't make sense to stay on if you're worried about the dried out joint effect. i'd stop now, hydrate, and glucosomine and or animal stack "flex". both help with my joints

well thats kinda the reason i made this post to get opinions and suggestions.. im takin joint supps msn glu,etc.. i figured 5 more days of 50 mg work extremely hard hydrate lay off the pitching then when off ease back into it when off winny.. i really want too finish im seein pretty good gains.
