Been researching..What is the ECA stack?

Hey guys,

I have been reseaching a cutting cycle and have seen many positive posts about ECA stacked with clen . But I cannot find exactly what ECA is? Can someone please educate me on this?

Thanks for the information guys,

I always try to search before asking but sometimes using the search button will not reveal the most basic pieces of information that us newbies need. Which is why asking such trivial questions is sometimes necessary when trying to learn. Since I have joined this board, I have learned alot and have received great advice. I appreciate all of it.
