I'm a powerlifter and was recommended to take halo. My current (first) cycle looks like the following (not including my pct)

1-14 Test e -500mg weekly
1-4 Dbol
1-14 Adex

I've been told to look into Halo. So I picked some up and was wondering if it needs to build up in your system or if I am better off just taking it as a prework out. Have read it both ways don't know which is best. Also was gonna through in some TNE pre work and pre meet at 100mg.
