    Should I up my AI?

    Ok, yesterday was the second time this thing I am about discribe has happened.

    Sunday I pinned my usual 0.6ml of Sust I tried the right pec but hit a never twice and gave that shit up and swapped needles and pinned in the delt. That was all cool but during the day I got this wierd felling like my chest getting tight and I was really tired. I did some flat bench Saturday morning and I am think that was the chest issue. It did not hurt to inhale. I went to my moms to eat and while I was there I felt really wired like my face was getting flush so I checked my BP it was a little hight 140/80 but I figured that was ok. We eat and man I flet great after that I did not load up on anything crazy I had about 8oz of steak and about 6or7 pieces of potato chunks and salad. I was cool.

    Monday I got up and took my .25 of Liquidex and felt good all day went to the gym felt cool.

    Yesterday I pinned in my thight all was good but through out the day I started feeling like shit again. I got home and was supposed to jog but I felt really tired and did not want to do anything. Well I started to feel like I was failing myself by not jogging and got like depressed I guess. I started feeling flush again. We sat down to eat and I had a chicken breast and some veggies and a little (3/4c of hoppen John leftovers) and I started feeling ok but tired still.

    I woke up today (thank God) haha and felt ok took my .25 of liquidex and I feel pretty good at this time compared to yesterday.

    Sorry this is so long but not sure whats going on help insite your suggestions would be helpful.

    are you cutting? It sounds like a glucose issue
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    No sir, I am taking 300g protein 300g carbs and the fat (50g or so) is coming from the food I eat nothing added other than some cashews once or twice a day.

    My protein is split into 7 meals
    Carbs are split into 4 meals moring, lunch, pre and post workout.
    Fats whatever is in the meals (7)

    yo gixxer... can you explain what you mean about the glucose? You think it's high/low?

    i was thinking low. Since the symptoms he described and felt better after eating

    That makes sense. I also hear that when supplying exogenous testosterone it causes your blood sugar to drop so I guess that can be it. Here's something interesting to read
